Pamlico Community College cashiers are located in the Bookstore. The Bookstore is located just off the Student Lounge and is where you pay for your tuition and fees and purchase your books during registration. PCC Bookstore carries basic school supplies including paper, pens, pencils, highlighters, ear buds, USB Flash Drives, binders, copy paper, and more. We accept cash, checks, money orders, debit cards and most major credit cards as payment. Student ID MUST be presented in order to charge books or supplies to your Financial Aid. We also carry PCC T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts, and scrub tops, pants, and lab jackets required for medical program clinical classes. All supplies and other merchandise may be charged to your Financial Aid. Distance Students may pay over the phone or by mail and have their books shipped to them. Please call the bookstore for more information. Book lists for current semesters are posted on the PCC website and lists for upcoming semesters are posted shortly before a semester begins. The list is subject to change based upon updated data from instructors and publishers. Please check with your instructor to verify accuracy if you plan to purchase your books from other sources. PCC does not sell used books at this time, nor do we buy back used books from students. However, an independent dealer comes on campus the last two days of each semester for students who want to sell their books. Books for sale notices may also be posted on the large bulletin board located in the Student Lounge. The PCC Bookstore Return Policy is: STUDENTS MAY RETURN A BOOK FOR CREDIT/REFUND IF: 1. THE BOOK IS UNDAMAGED, FREE OF ANY MARKS AND IN “LIKE NEW” CONDITION. 2. IF THE BOOK WAS “SHRINK WRAPPED”, THE WRAP MUST BE UNBROKEN. 3. THE BOOK IS RETURNED WITHIN THE ALLOWED TIME PERIOD. Refunds are issued through the Business Office once paperwork has been processed, usually within one week.
