Student Learning Outcomes PARLG 015 CRIMINAL LAW
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1 Identify and explain the elements of crimes and defenses to the crimes, including crimes against the person, crimes against property, and crimes against the public. 2 Identify and explain concepts pertaining to criminal procedure, including: searches, seizures, arrests, interrogation, pretrial practice, trial, sentencing and appeals. 3 Communicate effective legal analysis through oral and written communication.
