Student Learning Outcomes PARLG 009 INTRODUCTION TO TORT LAW
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1 Identify the elements to various tort causes of action including Negligence, Intentional Torts, Strict Liability, Defamation and other torts. 2 Analyze the facts and legal issues of a particular client's case to determine whether or not the client has a valid case/cause of action. 3 Communicate effective legal analysis as to whether a tort cause of action exists through oral and written communication.
4 Draft legal memoranda and other documents with effective legal analysis
