1. HOLOGRAM TECHNOLOGY “We are in Baghdad in 1991, and something strange is happening. A hush falls over the city as a huge shimmering face materialises in the sky. Soldiers and citizens prostrate themselves as each hears the voice of Allah coming from within, commanding them to overthrow the evil and treacherous Saddam Hussein. Within minutes an angry mob is storming the palace as the guards flee” 1
This highly imaginative scenario was proposed by US Air Force planners for a bloodless victory in the 1991 Gulf conflict. The idea of putting words in God's mouth is not new. Back in the second century AD Lucian described a statue of the god Aesculapius which spoke to believers, aided by a hidden priest with a speaking tube. The Baghdad plan involved projecting a giant hologram over Iraq. This kind of projection required a mirror behind it, and the scale of the project dictated a mirror several miles across up in space. Orbital mirrors would have had to be extremely lightweight, so the construction would have been based around a very a thin sheet of metallised plastic. It is folded for launch; and once in orbit it would unfurl itself like a giant umbrella. Back in 1991 far the largest mirror has was 30 metres wide, but the versions at that time would have been too small to produce a convincing image at ground level. Another approach would have been to make a mirror out of thin air. When warm air lies on top of cold air, the difference in density is enough to bend light. This causes the familiar illusory puddles in the road on a hot day. At higher altitudes, a mirage can make whole landscapes appear in the sky, an effect known as fata morgana. An artificial mirage could in theory be made by heating the atmosphere with radio waves or microwaves. The military certainly appears to believe in the potential use of holograms. A USAF think tank has devised uses ranging from deceptive holographic imaging to the Star Trek sounding distortion field projector. These are described as useful for strategic deception purposes, particularly against an unsophisticated adversary. They would be projected by a special aircraft, the airborne hologram projector. Perhaps the nearest current equivalent is the Commando Solo, a modified Hercules festooned with aerials and antennae and carrying pods of classified electronics. Flown by the 193rd Special Operations Detachment ("We fire electrons, not bullets"), it has been involved in the Gulf and the Bosnia and Kosovo conflicts. Commando Solos equipment can transmit across the electromagnetic spectrum including radio and television signals. Its other capabilities include jamming, deception and manipulation techniques. The face of God is not enough on its own. A voice is needed. A new technique using microwaves could produce this. When a high power microwave pulse strikes the human body, a small temperature perturbation occurs. This causes an expansion of tissue which can create an acoustic wave. A report from the USAF scientific advisory board says: "With a pulse stream, an internal acoustic field of 5-15KHz can be created which is audible. Thus it may be possible to 'talk' to adversaries in a way which would be most disturbing to them." The practical difficulties involved in microwave transmission are formidable. The exact sound perceived depends on the size and shape of the skull of the hearer and their orientation to the source. underwater quality of poor radio reception. And would you believe in a God whose voice drops off when you walk behind a lamp-post? Although the plan had major technical hurdles to overcome, the main reasons for rejecting it were cultural. Images of Allah are forbidden in Islam. How can you project an image of God when nobody knows what He is supposed to look like? There is also a fundamental problem with psychology. The plan has Boys' Own Paper view of foreigners as being conveniently superstitious savages, prone to fleeing at the sound of a disembodied voice from a gramophone. This may have been the case in some places a century ago, but the citizens of Baghdad were by no means backward. In 1991 they had satellite dishes and VCRs like the rest of the world. People have been exposed to years of sophisticated computer generated imagery and flashy special effects. If the image of God did appear in the heavens, someone would be bound to look up at the wavering image and suggest that it was all done with mirrors. However this well known strategy for Iraq is technology over twenty years old. The holographic technology of today is on a different level. Computer-generated characters are common in movies and video games and on the Internet. But imagine walking into a store and seeing a virtual model hovering in front of you, even welcoming you and selling you the latest makeup or clothing styles. This sounds like something hard to believe yet it is already reality. "What we found is that consumers see this image, and they immediately want to walk up and put a hand through it and see what this is." 2 - Virtual Characters CEO Lloyd Nathan
The holographic character, Cameron, had been turning heads at Hugo Boss in New York when released in 2000. "Hi there, my name is Cameron. Welcome to our new showrooms,"

says the virtual image. He's a digital model projected into free space. Star Wars fans will recall R2D2 beaming Princess Leah into free space. But Cameron is in a real environment, not on a movie screen. Cameron's highly realistic threedimensional presence is completely computer-generated. He's the product of Virtual Characters of New York City. "We can beam characters into your living room we can have a character greet you when you come through the door." 2 says Lloyd Nathan, CEO of Virtual Characters. "We have a series of optics that we've designed that can take a computer-generated image and project it onto a point in space where your eye is trained to focus," Nathan. "What we found is that consumers see this image, and they immediately want to walk up and put a hand through it and see what this is." 2
Retailers and advertisers, always on the prowl for the new, new thing, are flocking to see virtual characters on display. "We have major cosmetic firms, major fashion firms coming in and saying we want to present our cosmetics, for example, to a consumer in an original attention-grabbing way," 2 Nathan says. Columbia Business School marketing professor Bernd Schmitt says novelty enables companies to break through the clutter of today's mass messages:

"Customers are increasingly interested in having experiences in the store in addition to just buying the product, and this new approach fits right into that experiential strategy." 3
Imagination is the only limit at Virtual Characters. The company plans to tap the location based entertainment market, and information kiosks are another target. "I could do a computer-generated Russ Mitchell that I could have hovering in free space," Nathan quips. "I could then control what you say effectively." 2
The spread of holographic technology spares no industry or market sector. Surgeons and designers could soon be manipulating 3D moving images floating in mid-air rather than on computer screens, said engineers at the then Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA) which was then split into two organisations: a commercial firm, QinetiQ, and the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl)., They said designers would be able to extend a car's bodywork just by waving a stylus, and almost instantly see what it looks like or surgeons could twist a brain scan around to locate an injury. Unlike other techniques, such as stereography or virtual reality, computer generated holography (CGH) doesn't require people to wear cumbersome headgear to see the image, and prolonged use doesn't lead to any ill effects. Users manipulate images using tools that exist partly as real objects and partly as virtual tools. CGH is based on the same principle as the holograms invented by Dennis Gabor in 1949. A hologram is essentially an interference pattern generated from the object being depicted. When light strikes the hologram it is diffracted, forming a series of wavelets. Interference between these wavelets produces wavefronts that simulate the light that would have come from the original object. In a normal hologram, the image appears to be "inside" the hologram that's producing it. But with a computer generated hologram it is possible to produce interference patterns that simulate the waves from an object hanging in empty space. This means an image can be projected in front of the screen. In the DERA/Ford device, a mirror focuses the image so that it can be seen from a range of angles. There is a another key difference, too: as well as displaying images of real objects, the CGH system can create 3D images of imaginary objects. The main problem with previous computer-generated holograms has been that they don't have enough pixels to produce an image of a useful size, says Stephen Benton of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Benton says roughly a billion pixels are needed to produce a 3D image. "You very quickly get into gigabytes of image data that you have to compute, store and display. It's a gargantuan feat," 4 he says. Yet such a feat is now achievable as you will see.

2. SERGE MONAST – A PROJECT BLUBEAM MARTYR Serge Monast, a Canadian journalist born in 1945 is known for having brought into the light of day, classified UN information regarding a NASA project named “Blue Beam”. As a result of the sensitive information which he was making known to the public, Serge realized that his life was in danger, had been threatened on many occasions and voiced his opinion that he did not expect to survive. It was in fact, a pattern which was timed to each new release of information he publicized, that was an ongoing string of tragic events for himself and his family. He and his family were faithful believers and they home schooled their children, perhaps knowing all too well the indoctrination facilities that public schools are. Serge and his 7 year old son were detained by authorities after just such a release of information… allegedly to protect the boy from instability at home. Serge’s son was placed in foster care and he was released from custody. His daughter was also taken with claims that the children were being abused by not being allowed to attend public school. His children were never returned. In the aftermath of his arrest, the following day in his home, December 5th, 1996, Serge Monast suffered a massive coronary which ended his life in his wife’s arms. Serge wrote the following two years before his death: “When I decided to release some tiny parts of information concerning the NASA BLUE BEAM PROJECT, I was not sure if i would survive my stand against the New World Order’s most sophisticated project, set up to bring to their knees all men of all nations, cultures and religions. But now, following my own Christian conscience and my real and deep love for all my unknown brothers and sisters in America and in other parts of the world, i freely accept the loss of my life, if that must be the case, for the Truth – for Jesus Christ, by releasing for the first time ever, the four major steps of the Satanic Blue Beam Project.” 5
The NASA Blue Beam Project might be one of the most heavily guarded secrets of the new world order. It is difficult to locate publicly accessible information about it and Serge’s death has not been the only death connected to it. Blogger and researcher Rik Clay also met a strange and untimely end. Rik was a thorough researcher into New Age globalism, Project Blue Beam and other aspects of the new world order, having conducted a number of interviews with Red Ice Creations. He began suffering from adrenal exhaustion following some his more eye-opening revelations… his blog was abruptly removed and then he was reported to have committed suicide, though it would seem he was not in a suicidal mind set at the time. Phil Schneider is another unfortunate victim of the same circumstances. He was a structural engineer who once worked for the government in the construction of underground bases, and was particularly known for having worked at the Dulce base where the Project Blue Beam Project is headquartered. Having spoken out about a multitude of things he witnessed, from a human / non-human fire fight at the base to various government sanctioned murders and CIA drug running, he was found dead in his apartment, having been deceased at the time of discovery some 5 to 7 days. The official report then was that he had had a stroke, it came out later that it was possibly suicide. The following is a detailed revelation from Monast in 1994 about the Bluebeam project. 6 The infamous NASA [National Aeronautics and Space Administration] Blue Beam Project has four different steps in order to implement the new age religion with the Antichrist at its head. We must remember that the new age religion is the very foundation for the new world government, without which religion the dictatorship of the new world order is completely impossible. I'll repeat that: Without a universal belief in the new age religion, the success of the new world order will be impossible! That is why the Blue Beam Project is so important to them, but has been so well hidden until now. Engineered Earthquakes & Hoaxed 'Discoveries' The first step in the NASA Blue Beam Project concerns the breakdown [re-evaluation] of all archaeological knowledge. It deals with the set-up, with artificially created earthquakes at certain precise locations on the planet, of supposedly new discoveries which will finally explain to all people the "error" of all fundamental religious doctrines. The falsification of this information will be used to make all nations believe that their religious doctrines have been misunderstood for centuries and misinterpreted. Psychological preparations for that first step have already been implemented with the film, '2001: A Space Odyssey;' the StarTrek series, and 'Independence Day;' all of which deal with invasions from space and the coming together of all nations to repel the invaders. The last films, 'Jurrassic Park,' deals with the theories of evolution, and claim God's words are lies. http://i.am/jah/evolut.htm Hoaxed "Discoveries' What is important to understand in the first step is that those earthquakes will hit at different parts of the world where scientific and archaeological teachings have indicated that arcane mysteries have been buried. By those types of earthquakes, it will be possible for scientists to rediscover those arcane mysteries which will be used to discredit all fundamental religious doctrines. This is the first preparation for the plan for humanity because what they want to do is destroy the beliefs of all Christians and Muslims on the planet. To do that, they need some false 'proof' from the far past that will prove to all nations that their religions have all been misinterpreted and misunderstood. The Big Space Show in the Sky The second step in the NASA Blue Beam Project involves a gigantic 'space show' with three-dimensional optical holograms and sounds, laser projection of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to predominating regional national religious faith. This new 'god's' voice will be speaking in all languages. In order to understand that, we must study various secret services' research done in the last 25 years. The Soviet's have perfected an advanced computer, even exported them, and fed them with the minute physio-psychological particulars based on their studies of the anatomy and electromechanical composition of the human body, and the studies of the electrical, chemical and biological properties of the human brain. These computers were fed, as well, with the languages of all human cultures and their meanings. The dialects of all cultures have been fed into the computers from satellite transmissions. The Soviets began to feed the computers with objective programs like the ones of the new messiah. It also seems that the Soviets - the new world order people - have resorted to suicidal methods with the human society by allocating electronic wavelengths for every person and every society and culture to induce suicidal thoughts if the person doesn't comply with the dictates of the new world order. There are two different aspects of step two. The first is the 'space show.' Where does the space show come from? The space show, the holographic images will be used in a simulation of the ending during which all nations will be shown scenes that will be the fulfillment of that which they desire to verify the prophecies and adversary events. These will be projected from satellites onto the sodium layer about 60 miles above the earth. We see tests every once in a while, but they are called UFOs and "flying saucers" sightings. The result of these deliberately staged events will be to show the world the new 'christ,' the new messiah, Matraia (Maitreya), for the immediate implementation of the new world religion. Enough truth will be foisted upon an unsuspecting world to hook them into the lie. "Even the most learned will be deceived."

The project has perfected the ability for some device [referred to as "tractor beams" by ufologists].to lift up an enormous number of people, as in a Rapture, and whisk the entire group into a never-never land We see tests of this device in the abduction of humans by those mysterious little alien greys who snatch people out of their beds and through windows into waiting "mother ships." The calculated resistance to the universal religion and the new messiah and the ensuing holy wars will result in the loss of human life on a scale never imagined before in all of human history. The Blue Beam Project will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies of old, as major an event as that which occurred 2,000 years ago. In principle, it will make use of the skies as a movie screen (on the sodium layer at about 60 miles) as space-based laser-generating satellites project simultaneous images to the four corners of the planet in every language and dialect according to the region. It deals with the religious aspect of the new world order and is deception and seduction on a massive scale. Computers will coordinate the satellites and software already in place will run the sky show. Holographic images are based on nearly identical signals combining to produce an image or hologram with deep perspective which is equally applicable to acoustic ELF, VLF and LF waves and optical phenomena. Specifically, the show will consist of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to the specific national, regional religion. Not a single area will be excluded. With computer animation and sounds appearing to emanate from the very depths of space, astonished ardent followers of the various creeds will witness their own returned messiahs in convincing lifelike reality. Then the projections of Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, Krishna, etc., will merge into one after correct explanations of the mysteries and revelations will have been disclosed. This one god will, in fact, be the Antichrist, who will explain that the various scriptures have been misunderstood and misinterpreted, and that the religions of old are responsible for turning brother against brother, and nation against nation, therefore old religions must be abolished to make way for the new age new world religion, representing the one god Antichrist they see before them. Naturally, this superbly staged falsification will result in dissolved social and religious disorder on a grand scale, each nation blaming the other for the deception, setting loose millions of programmed religious fanatics through demonic possession on a scale never witnessed before. In addition, this event will occur at a time of profound worldwide political anarchy and general tumult created by some worldwide catastrophe. The United Nation even now plans to use Beethovan's 'Song of Joy' as the anthem for the introduction for the new age one world religion. If we put this space show in parallel with the star wars program we get this: combination of electromagnetic radiation and hypnosis which have also been the subject of intensive research. In 1974, for instance, researcher G. F. Shapits, said of one of the research proposals that, '...in this investigation it will be shown that the spoken words of the hypnotist may also be converted by electromagnetic energy directly and to the subconscious part of the human brain without employing any mechanical device for receiving or transcording the message, and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously. It may be expected that the rationalized behavior will be considered to have been taken out of their own free will.' Anyone investigating so-called 'channelling' phenomena right now would be wise to take this area of research into consideration. It will be noted that those who think of themselves as 'channellers' has escalated rapidly since this type of research was conducted. It is uncanny how similar their messages are, despite which entity they claim to be their source of divine guidance. It would suggest any individual considering the credibility of channelled information should be discerning and critically evaluate where the message they are receiving originates, and if the messages are specifically beneficial to the new world order.

The Sydney Morning newspaper published an item on March 21st, 1983 which announced that the Soviets were invading the human mind, the article having been submitted to the foreign editor by Doctor Nathan Abnuengy, assistant professor in the faculty of agriculture in Asia. It is worth quoting the article at length even though his grammar is a little old. This article relates to the Soviets who created the supercomputer we were discussing earlier and which is really important because these types of computers can be run through satellites and through space. The computers were fed with all the different languages and their meanings, the dialect of all peoples were fed to the computers with objective programs. But we are no longer talking about the Soviets; we are talking about the United Nations, the minions of the new world order, who are feeding the computers with the necessary information. The editor of the column in which the article appeared even states that the piece made points too important to ignore. I think it is possible that the persons who have created this mega-mind-control-program could sell the software to an organization and not be aware that the client might use the program and data to enslave all of humankind. Just imagine how far they have advanced since that article was published! Artificial Thought & Communication The advancement of techniques propel us toward the third step in the Blue Beam Project that goes along with the telepathic and electronically augmented two-way communication where ELF, VLF and LF waves will reach each person from within his or her own mind, convincing each of them that their own god is speaking to them from the very depths of their own soul. Such rays from satellites are fed from the memories of computers that have stored massive data about every human on earth, and their languages. The rays will then interlace with their natural thinking to form what we call diffuse artificial thought. That kind of technology goes into the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s research where the human brain has been compared to a computer. Information is fed in, processed, integrated and then a response is formulated and acted upon. Mind controllers manipulate information the same way a computer for grammar manipulates information. In January 1991, the University of Arizona hosted a conference entitled, 'The NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Current and Emergent Phenomena and Biomolecular Systems.' What does that mean exactly? It means this: We refer to one paper that was delivered at the conference which stands out for its different attitude towards the development under discussion at that time. It was, in effect, a protest and chilling warning to the attending scientists about the potential abuse of their research findings. Their findings, of course, stated that the United States has already developed communications equipment which can make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk. It can relieve the terminally ill from pain without the use of drugs or surgery. I'm not talking about science fiction. A man might retain the use of all his faculties right up to the moment of his death. This communications equipment depends upon a completely new way of looking at the human brain and neuromuscular systems and radiation pulses at ultra-low frequencies. Some of this equipment is now operational within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It will never be used to make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk because it is central to the domestic political agenda and foreign policy of George Bush and his puppet-masters of the new world order. Domestically, the new communications equipment is being used to torture and murder persons who match profiles imagined to be able to screen a given population for terrorists; to torture and murder citizens who belong to organizations which promote tolerance and peace and development in Central America; to torture and murder citizens who belong to organizations who oppose the development and deployment of nuclear weapons, and to create a race of slave cult automatons, or what is popularly called 'the Manchurian Candidates.' Overseas experimentation is taking place on hostages held by the United States and Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Germany, Finland and France. Additionally, there has been a long series of bizarre suicides among British computer scientists, all of whom have had some connection to the United States Navy. What is possible to ask before such a psychology of terror is this: would any government, corporation or psychiatrist wilfully promote such horror today? The answer is quite obviously, 'Yes.' Government agencies and the corporations that work with them toward a new world order are prepared to promote anything that will help them achieve their objective of total social control. As for the question of why: For one thing, if you terrify the public and make them fear for their safety, they will allow you to implement draconian law enforcement practice, disarm them and keep extensive records on them, and they only have to tell you that it is all to protect you, of course. Secondly, it promotes the decay of the present democratic forms of political systems, and

leads societies to search for alternative methods of political ideology. Of course, the alternative has already been planned. It is called the New World Order and it will not have your safety or interests at heart. As George Bush said: 'Read my lips.' Fear has always been used by powerful elite to control and subjugate the masses. The old maxim, 'divide and conquer', is being played out to the limit worldwide to ensure that everyone is frightened for their personal safety, and to be suspicious of everyone else. This, too, is mind-control. To go further in regard to the new technology which is at the base of the NASA Blue Beam Project, we have to consider this statement by psychologist James V. McConnell which was published in a 1970s issue of Psychology Today. He said, 'The day has come when we can combine sensory deprivation with drug hypnosis and astute manipulation of reward and punishment to gain almost absolute control over an individual's behavior. It should then be possible to achieve a very rapid and highly effective type of positive brainwashing that would allow us to make dramatic changes in a person's behavior and personality.' Now, when we talked before about that kind of ray and the telepathic and electronically augmented communication, the kind of rays that are fed from the memories of computers which store massive data about humans, human language and dialects, and we said that the people will be reached from within, making each person to believe that his own god is speaking directly from within his or her own soul, we refer to that kind of technology and that kind of thinking that same psychologist was espousing, that is: we should be trained from birth that we should all do what society wants us to do rather than what we want to do for ourselves; that because they have the technology to do it, no one should now be allowed to have their own individual personality. This statement and these ideas are important because it is the basic teaching of the United Nations that no one owns his or her own personality. And that same psychologist claims that no one has any say-so about the kind of personality they acquire and there is no reason to believe you have the right to refuse to acquire a new personality if your old personality is considered 'antisocial.' What is important in this declaration is that the new world order will be set up over the current system, meaning the old way of thinking and behavior and religion will be considered the 'old' and incorrect way of thinking and that they can change it at one of the eradication camps of the United Nations to make sure that anyone with this 'antisocial' behavior will be disposed of quickly so that other modified individuals will be able to fulfill the needs and agendas of the new world order without being distracted by the truth. Could this be the greatest mind control project ever? The NASA Blue Beam Project is the prime directive for the new world order's absolute control over the populations of the entire earth. I would suggest you investigate this information carefully before dismissing it as fanatic lunacy. If we go further in the different reports we have presented, we find that the mind-control operations and technology include a transmitter that broadcasts at the same frequency as the human nervous-system, which transmitter is manufactured by the Loral Electro-Optical System in Pasadena, California. Loral, a major defense contractor, has previously conducted research on directed energy weapons for Lt. Gen. Leonard Perez of the U. S. Air Force who was searching for a weapon that could implant messages into the minds of the enemy while urging his own troops on to superhuman deeds of valor! The device employs electromagnetic radiation of gigahertz frequencies [microwaves] pulsed at extremely low frequencies (ELF). It is used to torture people both physically and mentally from a distance. Weapons of this type are thought to have been used against a British woman protesting the presence of American Cruise Missiles at Greenham Common Airbase during the 1970s. This weapon can be used to induce total sensory deprivation by broadcasting signals into the auditory nerve at such high power that it blocks the ability of the individual to hear themselves think! The process employed by such ELF technology are described in various U. S. Defense Department publications, including one entitled, ' The Electromagnetic Spectrum and Low Intensity Conflict,' by Captain Paul E. Tyler, Medical Commandant, U. S. Navy, which is included in a collection entitled, 'Low Intensity Conflict and Modern Technology Edict,' by Lt. Col David G. Dean, USAF. The paper was delivered in 1984 and the collection published 1986 by Air University Press, Maxwell Airforce Base, Alabama. Another pulse microwave device can deliver audible signals directly to an individual while remaining undetectable to anyone else. The technology is very simple and can be built by using an ordinary police radar gun. The microwave beam generated by the device is modulated at audio frequencies and can broadcast messages directly into the brain. Now here we come to the NASA Blue

Beam Project. The broadcasting of subliminal two-way communication and images from the depths of space correspond directly to that kind of technology. In his book, 'The Body Electric,' Nobel Prize nominee Dr. Robert O. Becker describes a series of experiments conducted in the early 1960s by Allen Frie where this phenomena was demonstrated as well as later experiments conducted in 1973 at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research by Dr. Joseph C. Sharp who personally underwent tests in which he proved he could hear and understand messages delivered to him in an echo-free isolation chamber via a pulsed microwave audiogram which is an analog of the word's sound vibration beamed into his brain. Becker then goes on to state, 'Such a device has obvious application for covert operations designed to drive a target crazy with unknown voices or deliver undetectable instructions to a programmed assassin." Now figure out when we hear that voice from the new world messiah who would be speaking from space to all of the sane (?) people of the earth who might give instructions to zealots and religious fanatics, we would see hysteria and social mayhem on a scale never witnessed before on this planet. No police forces in the world, even as a combined front, could deal with the disorder that will follow! A 1978 book entitled, 'Microwave Auditory Effect and Application,' by James C. Lynn describes how audible voices can be broadcast directly into the brain. This technology could actually allow the blind to see and the deaf to hear. Instead, it has been turned into a weapon to enslave the world. Allen Frie also reports that he could speed up, slow down or stop the hearts of isolated frogs by synchronizing the pulsed rate of a microwave beam with the heart itself. According to Dr. Robert Becker, similar results have been obtained using live frogs, which shows that it is technically feasible to produce heart attacks with rays designed to penetrate the human chest. It has been demonstrated that focused ultra high frequency UHF electromagnetic energy beams can be used to induce considerable agitation and muscular activity or induce muscular weakness and lethargy. Microwaves can also be used to burn human skin and aid the effect of drugs, bacteria and poisons or affect the function of the entire brain. These effects were all revealed at length by the CIA on September 21, 1977 in testimony before the Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research. Dr. Sidney Gottlieb who directed the MK-Ultra program at that time was forced to discuss the scope of the CIA's research to find techniques of activation of the human organism by remote electronic means. So this is something that exists right now, that has been pursued to its highest degree, that can be used from space to reach any person, anyplace on the face of the earth. If we go deeper in that process of mind control over the people we find that the equipment and technology has been used to influence politics in a much more direct fashion. Michael Dukakis, the Democrat candidate running against George Bush in the 1988 election was targeted with microwave technology in order to impede his public speaking performance once the public opinion polls showed he posed a serious threat to Bush's election prospects. He also claims that the equipment was used against Kitty Dukakis and drove her to the brink of suicide. In the Disneyland world of U. S. politics, a presidential candidate with problems such as these, would obviously lose their race to the White House. In the December 1980 edition of the U. S. Army Journal, called the Military Review, a column by Lt. Col John B. Alexander, entitled, 'The New Mental Battlefield: Beam Me Up, Spock,' provides further insight into the technical capabilities at the disposal of the comptroller. He writes: "Several examples will demonstrate areas in which progress have been made. The transference of energy from one organism to another; the ability to heal or cause disease to be transmitted over a distance, thus inducing illness or death from no apparent cause; telepathic behavior modification which includes the ability to induce hypnotic states up to a distance of 1,000 kilometers have been reported. The use of telepathic hypnosis also holds great potential. This capability could allow agents to be deeply planted with no conscious knowledge of their programming. In movie terms, the Manchurian Candidate lives, and does not even require a telephone call. 'Other mind-to-mind induction techniques are being considered. If perfected this capability could allow the direct transference of thought via telepathy from one mind or group of minds to a select target audience. The unique factor is that the recipient will not be aware that thought has been implanted from an external source. He or she will believe the thoughts are original." This is exactly what we were talking about.

The third step in the NASA Blue Beam Project is called the Telepathic Electronic Two-Way Communication. Lt. Col John Alexander's article continues: "If it is possible to feed artificial thought into the multigenic field via satellite, the mind control of the entire planet is now possible. An individual's only resistance would be to constantly question the motivation behind their thoughts and not act upon thoughts which they consider to be outside their own ideological, religious and moral boundaries.'" Once again, it is wise to consider how television, advertising, modern education and various types of social pressure are used to manipulate those boundaries. It has been reported by Lt. Col Alexander who said, in the summary of his Military Review article, 'The information on those kinds of technologies presented here would be considered by some to be ridiculous since it does not conform to their view of reality. But some people still believe the world is flat.' Now, this means a lot, because if people do not believe this kind of technology is possible, or that it is science fiction, those people put themselves in great jeopardy, because on the night when those thousand stars will shine from space, during the night when the new messiah will be presented to the world, they will not be prepared and will have no time to prepare to save themselves against that kind of technology. They don't believe and they won't take time to prepare. Universal Supernatural Manifestations via Electronics The fourth step concerns the universal supernatural manifestation with electronic means. It contains three different orientations. One is to make mankind believe that an alien (off-world) invasion is about to occur at every major city on earth in order to provoke each major nation to use its nuclear weapons in order to strike back. This way, the United Nations Court will require that all those nations which launched nuclear weapons to disarm when the invasion is shown to have been false. And how will the United Nations know that the invasion was false? They will have staged it, of course. The second is to make the Christians believe that the Rapture is going to occur with the supposed divine intervention of an alien (off-world) civilization coming to rescue earthlings from a savage and merciless demon. Its goal will be to dispose of all significant opposition to the implementation of the New World Order in one major stroke, actually within hours of the beginning of the sky show!
The third orientation in the fourth step is a mixture of electronic and supernatural forces. The waves used at that time will allow "supernatural forces" to travel through optical fibers, coaxial cables (TV) electrical and phone lines in order to penetrate to everyone at once through major appliances. Embedded chips will already be in place. The goal of this deals with global Satanic ghosts projected all around the world in order to push all populations to the edge of hysteria and madness, to drown them into a wave of suicide, murder and permanent psychological disorders. After the Night of the Thousand Stars, worldwide populations will be ready for the new messiah to reestablish order and peace at any cost, even at the cost of abdication of freedom.

Phasing Out Cash & Independence The techniques used in the fourth step is exactly the same used in the past in the USSR to force the people to accept Communism. The same technique will be used by the United Nations to implement the new world religion and the new world order. A lot of people ask when this is going to happen and how they will accomplish the visions of the Night of a Thousand Stars, and the events that will point to the days when it will begin. According to the many reports we have received, we believe it will begin with some kind of worldwide economic disaster. Not a complete crash, but enough to allow them to introduce some kind of in-between currency before they introduce their electronic cash to replace all paper or plastic money. The in-between currency will be used to force anyone with savings to spend or turn in their cash because they understand that people who have money and are not dependent upon them might be the very ones who will mount an insurrection against them. If everyone is broke, no one can fund a war of any kind: paper currency will cease to exist. This is one of the first signs. But to implement the worldwide electronic money system, everyone in the world who might have money in the future, will have to have a way to transfer money electronically. Before that time, everyone will have spent, before the year 2,000, all of their cash, reserves and assets. Everyone has to be 100% dependent upon the Council for their existence. To prevent any kind of independence, the new world order has already implanted micro chips in wild animals, birds, fish, etc. Why? They want to make certain that the people who will not accept the New World Order will not be able to hunt or fish any where in the world. If they try, they will be tracked and traced by satellites, then hunted down and imprisoned or killed. The new world order is already changing the laws of all nations to make everyone dependent upon a single food and vitamin supply. They are changing laws about religion and psychiatric disorders in order to identify anyone who is potentially threatening to the NWO. Those who are found defective will be sent to eradication camps where their organs will be taken and sold to the highest bidders. Those who are not killed outright will be used as slave labor or used in medical experiments. The goal of a dictatorship is to control everyone, everywhere on the planet, ruthlessly and without exception. That's why the new technology being introduced everywhere is a technology for the control of the people. The technology of the 1940s and 1950s was used to help the people have an easier and more productive life. The new technology is designed and built to track down and control people everywhere. This technology is being manufactured for a specific purpose and to refuse to see and recognize that purpose, which is to enslave the entire populations of the world, is to deny the emergence of the Antichrist and the establishment of the new world order religion and government. THE DISCLOSURE PROJECT As immense as holographic technology is in representing the advancement of technology, there is a bigger reason for the military spending so much time on developing this: Control through fear. Whilst the majority of American citizens and journalists do not yet know it, one of the most important events of the 21st Century to date took place at the National Press Club in Washington, DC on May 9, 2001. In the main ballroom before one hundred journalists, seventeen camera crews and one hundred interested public, the Disclosure Project, founded by Dr. Steven Greer (author of Hidden Truth), presented the testimony of dozens of former military and agency employees which collectively confirms the extraterrestrial presence and the existence of advanced energy technologies.
Statements were presented in person and via video tape. All witnesses in attendance vowed to repeat their testimony under oath before Congress. This press conference was aired live around the world. While the near term impact of this event was blunted by the terrorist attacks four months later, it will play an historic role in the disclosure process and will almost certainly be repeated - in or outside of Congress.
A statement made by Greer about the project is as follows. As immense as that game is, there is a bigger one: Control through fear. As Wernher von Braun related to Dr.Carol Rosin, his spokesperson for the last 4 years of his life, a maniacal machine - the military, industrial, intelligence, laboratory complex - would go from Cold War, to Rogue Nations, to Global Terrorism (the stage we find ourselves at today), to the ultimate trump card: A hoaxed threat from space.

To justify eventually spending trillions of dollars on space weapons, the world would be deceived about a threat from outer space, thus uniting the world in fear, in militarism, and in war. Since 1992 I have seen this script unveiled to me by at least a dozen well-placed insiders. Of course, initially I laughed, thinking this just too absurd and far-fetched. Dr. Rosin gave her testimony to the Disclosure Project before 9/11. And yet others told me explicitly that things that looked like UFOs but that are built and under the control of deeply secretive 'black' projects, were being used to simulate - hoax - ET-appearing events, including some abductions and cattle mutilations, to sow the early seeds of cultural fear regarding life in outer space. And that at some point after global terrorism, events would unfold that would utilize the now-revealed Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs, or reversed-engineered UFOs made by humans by studying actual ET. Like the movie "Independence Day", an attempt to unite the world through militarism would unfold using ET as the new cosmic scapegoat (think Jews during the Third Reich). None of this is new to me or other insiders. The report from Iron Mountain, NY, written in the 1960s, described the need to demonize life in outer space so we could have a new enemy. An enemy off-planet that could unite humans (in fear and war) and that would prove to be the ultimate prop for the trillion dollar military industrial complex that conservative Republican President and five star general Eisenhower warned us about in 1961 (no one was listening then, either...). So here is the post-9/11 script - one that will be played out unless enough people are informed and the plan can be foiled because they will be unable to fool a sufficient number of citizens and leaders: After a period of terrorism - a period during which the detonation of nuclear devices will be threatened and possibly actuated, thus justifying expanding the weaponization of space - an effort will ramp up to present the public with information about a threat from outer space. Not just asteroids hitting the Earth, but other threats. An extraterrestrial threat. Over the past 40 years, UFOlogy, as it is called, combined with a mighty media machine, has increasingly demonized ETs via fearsome movies like "Independence Day", and pseudo-science that presents alien kidnappings and abuse as a fact (in some circles) of modern life. That some humans have had contact with ETs I have no doubt; that the real ET contact has been subsumed in an ocean of hoaxed accounts I am certain. That is, real ET events are seldom reported out to the public. The Machine ensures that the hoaxed, frightening and intrinsically xenophobic accounts are the ones seen and read by millions. This mental conditioning to fear ET has been subtly reinforced for decades, in preparation for future deceptions. Deceptions that will make 9/11 look trivial. I write this now because I have recently been contacted by several highly placed media and intelligence sources that have made it clear to me that hoaxed events and story-lines are imminent that will attempt to further ramp up the fear machine regarding UFOs and ETs. After all, to have an enemy, you must make the people hate and fear a person, a group of people, or in this case an entire category of beings. To be clear: the maniacal covert programs controlling UFO secrecy, ARVs and related technologies - including those technologies that can simulate ET events, ET abductions and the like - plan to hijack Disclosure, spin it into the fire of fear, and roll out events that will eventually present ETs as a new enemy. Do not be deceived. This hogwash, already the stuff of countless books, videos, movies, documentaries and the like, will attempt to glom onto the facts, evidence and first-hand insider testimony of The Disclosure Project, and on its coattails, deliver to the world the cosmic deception that falsely portrays ETs as a threat from space. Do not be deceived. By commingling fact with fiction, and by hoaxing UFO events that can look terrifying, the Plan is to eventually create a new, sustainable, off-planet enemy. And who will be the wiser? You will. Because now you know that after 60 years, trillions of dollars and the best scientific minds in the world pressed into action, a secretive, shadowy group - a government within the government and at once fully outside the government as we know it - has mastered the technologies, the art of deception, and the capability to launch an attack on Earth and make it look like ETs did it. In 1997, I brought a man to Washington to brief members of Congress and others about this plan. Our entire team at the time met this man. He had been present at planning sessions when ARVs - things built by Lockheed, Northrup, et al, and housed in secretive locations around the world - would be used to simulate an attack on certain assets, making leaders and citizens alike believe that there was a

threat from space, when there is none. (Before he could testify, his handlers spirited him away to a secret location in Virginia until the briefing was over...) Sound familiar? Wernher von Braun warned of such a hoax, as a pretext for putting war in space. And many others have warned of the same. Space based weapons are already in place - part of a secret parallel space program that has been operating since the 1960s. ARVs are built and ready to go (see the book "Disclosure" and the chapter with the testimony of Mark McCandlish, et al). Space holographic deception technologies are in place, tested and ready to fire. And the Big Media is a pawn, now taking dictation from the right hand of the king. I know this all sounds like science fiction. Absurd. Impossible. Just like 9/11 would have sounded before 9/11. But the unthinkable happened and may happen again, unless we are vigilant. Combine all of this with the current atmosphere of fear and manipulation and there is a real risk of suspending our collective judgment and our constitution. But know this: If there was a threat from outer space, we would have known about it as soon as humans started exploding nuclear weapons and going into space with manned travel. That we are still breathing the free air of Earth, given the galacticly stupid and reckless actions of an out of control, illegal, secret group, is abundant testimony to the restraint and peaceful intentions of these visitors. The threat is wholly human. And it is we who must address this threat, rein it in and transform the current situation of war, destruction and secret manipulation to one of true Disclosure and an era of sustained peace. War in space, to replace war on Earth, is not evolution, but cosmic madness. A world thus united in fear is worse than one divided by ignorance. It is now time for the great leap into the future, a leap that moves us out of fear and ignorance and into an unbroken era of universal peace. Know that this is our destiny. As described in The Sun, he claimed RAF pilots had fired at UFOs on several occasions — but failed to bring them down. He added: "We know of cases where the order has been given to shoot down — with little effect to the UFO."Mr Pope said the rules of engagement were drawn up after dozens of close encounters with suspect craft in British airspace. 4. ERNHER VON BRAUN – THE FALSE FLAG STRATEGY Evidence that project bluebeam predated Serge Monast is based on the works of Wernher Von Braun. Wernher Magnus Maximilian Freiherr von Braun (March 23, 1912 – June 16, 1977) was one of the leading figures in the development of rocket technology in Nazi Germany and the United States. The German scientist, who led Nazi Germany's rocket development program (V-2) before and during World War II, entered the United States at the end of the war through the then-secret Operation Paperclip. He became a naturalized U.S. citizen and worked on the American ICBM program before joining NASA, where he served as director of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center and the chief architect of the Saturn V launch vehicle, the superbooster that propelled the United States to the Moon. He is generally regarded as the father of the United States space program. Von Braun was brought to America after the war because our government considered his knowledge and expertise too vital to fall into the hands of our enemies. Dr. von Braun and his colleagues brought with them a wealth of information gleaned from other top Nazi scientists like his boss, SS General Hans Kammler. Von Braun may have been privy to work on anti gravity propulsion vehicles reputedly under development during the last days of The Third Reich. Over the years of his tenure, von Braun may also have enjoyed access to NASA’s secret programs. It certainly does seem this way, as von Braun apparently began to see the “big picture” regarding the true goals of America’s space program and how the military-industrial complex was manipulating it according to a secret, hidden agenda during the latter years of his life. Just before he died, he gave an incredible interview to Dr Carol Rosin (Carol Sue Rosin born March 29, 1944; Wilmington, Delaware is an author and leading aerospace executive and space and missile defense consultant) in which he basically said that in order to sustain the global elites military industrial complex that a series of false flag threats would be implemented. Dr. Carol Rosin first met Dr. Werner von Braun in February of 1974. It was at this time, shortly before his death in 1977, that von Braun confided to Dr. Rosin the details of this secret space agenda. Inviting her into his office, Von Braun stunned Dr. Rosin by describing this plan, point for point, as well as describing in detail exactly where it was all leading: planetary control under an oppressive One World Government. According to Dr. Rosin, von Braun then gave her one supreme assignment to thwart this plan: to stop the weaponization of space. Failure to do so would lead to calamity for the human race as a secretive transnational power, already in existence, would move to permanently take control of this planet through a hoaxed alien invasion from outer space. According to von Braun, space-based weapons, later known as the “Star Wars” program, were to be publicly promoted as our space “shield” against the evil Russians. Then they would be promoted as our defense against terrorists from Third World countries (‘rogue’ nations or ‘nations of concern’). Then their necessity would be justified as protection against asteroids and meteors, and the “last card,” the final justification according to von Braun, would be their installation in orbit against an extra-terrestrial threat from outer space. weapons, so our intelligence community would proceed on the assumption that they do have these weapons. As we now know, this is exactly how the Star Wars program transpired. According to Wernher von Braun, all of these publicly announced threats were lies. Von Braun cited the reality of nuclear suitcase bombs being available even then, as well as chemical, viral, bacterial and biological terror weapons against which these space based weapons would be useless. More importantly, von Braun told Dr. Rosin in 1974 that we already had the technology to build anti gravity vehicles and entire transportation systems which did not require so-called ‘fossil’ fuels but instead used “beams” of energy, thereby eliminating all pollution from these sources permanently. Perhaps Dr. von Braun had seen anti gravity vehicles with his own eyes in Germany before the end of the war, as well as their continued development at other secret technology sites afterwards. Von Braun further told Dr. Rosin that we had the ability to transform our “war” based military/industrial complex into a space and energy industry for the benefit of all of humanity, and that we had the capability of building entirely non-polluting transportation technologies using this same limitless energy, while ending the arms race without dislocating the jobs associated with it. Mankind could transition to a new industrial paradigm and usher in an era of peace, plenty and prosperity for everyone on Earth. Of course, what is equally interesting is what Dr. von Braun left unsaid. If space based weapons technologies are not really being developed to protect the U.S. and its allies against rogue nations and their weapons; if, indeed, such weapons are useless against suit case nuclear bombs, as well as chemical, biological and viral weapons, then exactly why are they being developed? Could select populations of resistors, whether nation-states or isolated groups opposed to the coming new world order, be singled out and eliminated? That is certainly one possibility. Yet another possibility is that such space based weapons will be part of the “smoke and mirrors” light show designed to terrify the population of the Earth when “Project Blue Beam” debuts, with its false, projected presentation of an alien invasion. According to Dr. Steven Greer, the head of the “Disclosure Project,” “….the prospect that a shadowy, para-governmental and transnational entity exists that has kept UFO’s secret — and is planning a deception that will dwarf the events of 9/11…” 8 If Dr. Werhner Von Braun already knew that anti-gravitic technology existed in 1974, then we must also conclude that part of the coming alien “light show” and invasion scenario scheduled to frighten us into the arms of a One World Government, utilizing the technology described in Project Blue Beam, is based on anti-gravitic “alien” craft under the planetary control of the unseen Illuminati hand which silently moves under the radar of the world’s staged media. Even Stephen Greer, who had brought Dr. Rosin to Washington D. C. to publicly testify about Dr. von Braun’s warning and concern for the future of humanity based upon the nefarious plans he had uncovered during his tenure at NASA, admits that he was at first skeptical of the reality behind this proposal. Dr. Greer writes:

“Since 1992 I have seen this script unveiled to me by at least a dozen well-placed insiders. Of course, initially I laughed, thinking this just too absurd and far-fetched…. and yet others told me explicitly that things that looked like UFOs, but that are built and under the control of deeply secretive ´black´ projects, were being used to simulate – hoax – ET-appearing events, including some abductions and cattle mutilations, to sow the early seeds of cultural fear regarding life in outer space. And that at some point after global terrorism, events would unfold that would utilize the now-revealed Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs, or reversed-engineered UFOs made by humans by studying actual ET craft) to hoax an attack on Earth.” 9
The goal of this hoaxed space alien invasion was simple: control through fear, to drive governments of all nations to submit and unite under one central authority, a One World Government, and as Greer said: “…to justify eventually spending trillions on space weapons… thus uniting the world in fear, in militarism and war.” 9
Of course, we have been purposely conditioned over the years to view any space aliens as threatening and predatory. Such films as “Independence Day,” “War of the Worlds”, “The Fourth Kind”, “Signs”, “Knowing” and others produced by Hollywood studios have had their effect on the subconscious mind of the general public. As Dr. Greer states: 9 “…this mental conditioning to fear ET has been subtly reinforced for decades, in preparation for future deceptions.”
The essence of the plan is simple: create an anonymous enemy “out there” in the limitless void of space. As Dr. Greer explains: “By commingling fact with fiction, and by hoaxing UFO events that can look terrifying, The Plan is to eventually crate a new, sustainable, off-planet enemy… Wernher von Braun warned of such a hoax, as a pretext for putting war in space.” 9
Dr. Carol Rosin revealed this information before the national press in Washington, D.C. where she also said that she was willing to make the exact same statement under oath to Congress. Of course, the official main stream media never saw fit to make mention of this startling pronouncement by Dr. Rosin. The possibility of an “off planet” space fleet already in existence was given even more credence when in 2002 a young Scottish hacker by the name of Gary McKinnon broke into the Pentagon’s computers and reputedly came up with the names of some of our “off-world” U.S. space fleet (identified under the abbreviation: USSS), two specific space ships, (the USSS LeMay and the USSS Hillenkoetter), the names of the various crews, their ranks, and transfer assignments between various “off Earth” space ships.

Apparently, this computer security breach so enraged the brass at the Pentagon that The U.S. Government is still today currently seeking to extradite McKinnon from the U.K. to face charges of computer hacking with a punishment of life in prison. Certainly this is one way to permanently silence an embarrassing discoverer of forbidden information. Wernher von Braun, his assistant Dr. Carol Rosin, and Dr. Steven Greer of The Disclosure Project have done their best to warn the world at large of this coming deception based on secret energy technology, new visual projection technology and the continued demonization of space aliens by our media and our military/industrial complex. Dr. Greer concludes: “Space based weapons are already in place – part of a secret parallel space program that has been operating since the 1960s. ARVs are built and ready to go. Space holographic deception technologies are in place, tested and ready to fire. And the Big Media is a pawn…” 9
But we do not have to be. Now that we know what The Illuminati and their minions have planned, we can prepare for the greatest deception in human history by warning others, taking stock of our present set of circumstances, and deciding how we might deal with a hoaxed space-alien invasion scenario. Since her interview with Dr Werhner von Braun in 1974 Dr Carol Rosin has been on a crusade to educate nations about the importance of a weapons free space environment. In 2011 she released the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 during her presentation at the International UFO Congress held in Scottsdale, Arizona. The new Treaty points out the huge costs, dangers, and threats to all on Earth and in Space from spacebased weaponry, emphasizing that space-based weapons would block as Dr. Rosin says, “unlimited benefits and opportunities available to all humankind in areas of health, education, the economy, mutual security, energy, and the environment, from cooperative ventures in space.” 10
This Treaty points out that peaceful, world cooperative civil, commercial, entrepreneurial and military ventures will help solve urgent and potential problems of human needs, our environment and energy, stimulate economies, jobs and profits, and build security systems based on collaboration rather than confrontation. Indigenous nations are parties to the treaty, which can be made a law with nine nation state signatories.

5. THE SPIRITUAL ANGLE TO PROJECT BLUEBEAM It is important to add here that even though Project Bluebeam is based on the concept of a staged alien contact utilizing sophisticated and advanced technology it does not by any means negate the fact that spiritual beings are still involved as part of the deception. Not only are fallen angels manifesting in the heavenlies as extra-terrestrials, but they are also sending messages to many on earth, which reveals their true character. In general the entities are communicating that the earth will soon go through a period of cataclysmic changes. The descriptions they give are what the Bible refers to as the Great Tribulation. However, these so called “aliens” are nothing more than fallen angels pretending to be from some other galaxy. Their messages, as we will see, consist of some basic ideas that are the diabolical mirror to the Bible. • • • • •
Cataclysmic events will come upon the earth They will help us overcome those events They will take those that can’t or won’t evolve to the next level Those that remain get to evolve to the next level now A man from among us will be raised up with special powers and knowledge
In historical studies, the strongest type of witness we can have is what is referred to as a hostile witness. A hostile witness is when someone’s enemies (or perhaps competition) are forced to admit certain things about that person that are not in their best interest to say. Satan, in a sense, has proven his intent to de stable the Christian Faith by the messages that his horde have been giving over the years. Clearly, their messages, as they are given, are full of lies. Nevertheless, they do include some elements of truth, which is always the point of a deception. That there will be an “evacuation” of the earth is certain as we learn from Scripture: “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air,” (1 Thessalonians 4:17).
The truth of that verse is proven by the lies that are being told by the “aliens”. In effect, they are getting the world ready for what is coming so that when it does happen people will not likely consider the biblical second coming as an option. The enemy undoubtedly will have a counter explanation ready for when that happens; after all, he has read the Bible too. According to Christianity Today magazine, of the 6.3 billion people in the world in 2011, about 33% are professing Christians. Even if we assume that 15% are true born again beleievers this would account to 945 million Christians. While born again followers of the Lord Jesus Christ will not be here to see what follows, we can safely conclude that some time shortly after the first phase of the Second Coming of Christ, the demons will work through the global elite to create the perception that are the saviors of the world and will provide an answer for the disappearance of over 945 million people worldwide. Many believe that the aliens/demons will say that they were the ones that seeded the planet (were the creators of man) and have returned to help in our hour of greatest need. The reason that most of the world will not immediately turn to the God of heaven and earth following the rapture is because the enemy has been conditioning people for just such an event. The rapture is certain in that God has clearly said it would come to pass; therefore, Satan (as the father of lies, cf. John 8:44), must have some type of event in place to deceive the world when the event actually occurs.

If you stop for a moment and think about the impact of 945 million people disappearing from the face of the earth in an instant you will soon realize the destruction, havoc and turmoil that would be caused. Cars, trains, boats and airplanes crashing because the person at the helm was a Christian and disappeared. People on TV suddenly vanishing on live air. People disappearing from offices. Sports events taking place and all of a sudden team members suddenly vanish. The event would simply tear apart the already fragile foundation of the global village. Sometimes the message is that the people evacuated will be resettled to another planet. Sometimes the “aliens” tell us not worry about where the ones taken will go. And sometimes we see it is the bad aliens that have come to catch people up into their space ships and those brave enough to resist will survive as portrayed in the 2010 movie Skyline whose motto is “do not look up” because those that look at the light will be taken. Jesus told us to “look up” (Luke 21:28) when we see all these things beginning to come to pass. Could it be that Satan has found a clever way to encourage people to do just the opposite? The various messages were first compiled by researcher Brad Myers who did much of the research for the bestselling book Alien Encounters by Drs. Chuck Missler and Mark Eastman. The research in their book is impressive; however, rather than simply quote their book, we searched out the sources for ourselvesand scrutinized the authenticity of each statement. In some cases we found other supporting evidence from the stated authors or from others not mentioned in their book. Ruth Montgomery in her book Aliens Among Us 11 writes of how the “aliens” have communicated: “We are coming in great numbers, not with any intention of harm, but to rescue the earth from pollution and nuclear explosions,” Some like Barbara Marciniak, a popular New Age author and channeller, in her book “Bringers of the Dawn,” writes of messages which she claims she received from extraterrestrials from the star system Pleiades. She discusses the disappearance that is coming upon the world: “The people who leave the planet during the time of Earth changes do not fit in here any longer, and they are stopping the harmony of Earth. When the time comes that perhaps 20 million people leave the planet at one time 12 there will be a tremendous shift in consciousness for those who are remaining.”
It should be clear that Satan and his legions are making great preparations to have a counter explanation once the rapture occurs. She also shares another “message” from the ETs regarding the rationale for why millions of people will be taken. If human beings do not change – if they do not make the shift in values and realize that without Earth they could not be here – then Earth, in its love for its own initiation and its reaching for a higher frequency, will bring about a cleansing that will balance it once again. There is the potential for many people to leave the planet in an afternoon. Maybe then everyone else will begin to wake up to what is going on. After the explanation for the disappearance of millions, which the Bible truthfully calls the rapture, she goes on to speak of apocalyptic events that are extremely reminiscent of the words of Jesus some two thousand years ago when he spoke of wars and rumors of wars and nation rising against nation. As we see it, as the probable worlds begin to form, there will be great shiftings within humanity on this planet. It will seem that great chaos and turmoil are forming, that nations are rising against each other in war, and that earthquakes are happening more frequently. Just as you sometimes have rumblings and quakings in your lives as you change your old patterns and move into new energies, Earth is shaking itself free, and a certain realignment or adjustment period is to be expected. It will also seem that the animals and fish are departing Earth. Those animals are now moving over to the new world as it is being formed. They are not ending their existence, they are merely slipping into the new world to await your joining them. Bringers of the Dawn” New Age writer Thelma Terrell claims to have received messages from Ashtar, the leader of an “alien confederation” concerning the evacuation of millions around the globe. Those familiar with the Bible immediately see that Ashtar is nothing more than the same demon from Bible times (Asherah/Ashtoreth) but with a message that modern man wants to hear. In former days Ashtar was considered a god, but now such talk is, for the most part, out of style. Therefore, Ashtar has come back as an “alien” to warn the citizens of earth of the impending rapture. However, the true reason for the evacuation of the planet is never given. When the rapture does occur, the demonic realm will be ready because they have been warning people of just such an event. Ashtar has communicated that “Earth changes will be the primary factor in mass evacuation of this planet Therefore because of the impending events coming upon the earth, the “alien” ships will come in close enough to lift people off the earth “in the twinkling of an eye,” – even the terminology is borrowed from the Bible concerning the rapture. “Our rescue ships will be able to come in close enough in the twinkling of an eye to set the lifting beams in operation in a moment. And all over the globe where events warrant it, this will be the method of evacuation. Mankind will be lifted, levitated shall we say, by the beams from our smaller ships. These smaller craft will in turn taxi the persons to the larger ships overhead, higher in the atmosphere, where there is ample space and quarters 13 and supplies for millions of people.”
The demons who are posing as “aliens” will try to convince mankind that they in fact are the saviors. We have seen the conditioning in the movies and people’s minds will remember those stories when the event occurs. Ashtar states that great preparation and care has gone into the rescue of mankind: “There is method and great organization in a detailed plan already near completion for the purpose of removing souls from this planet, in the event of catastrophic events making a rescue necessary.” “However, there will not be any advanced notice of the event and it will happen in a flash. “The Great Evacuation will come upon the world very suddenly. The flash of emergency events will be as a lightning that flashes in the 13 sky. So suddenly and so quick in its happening that it is over almost before you are aware of its presence.”
The demons/”aliens” need to reassure those left behind that they in fact are the ones getting the better deal since then the aliens will return for “the children of all ages and races. The implication is that those taken were not part of the “children of all ages and races” “Phase I of the Great Exodus of souls from the planet will take place at a moment’s notice when it is determined that the inhabitants are in danger. Phase II: This second phase immediately following the first. The second phase is vital, as we return for the children of all ages and races. The child does not have the power of choice in 13 understanding nor personal accountability.”
However, some people might begin to wonder if such awful events are coming upon the world, then why were they not taken as well? “Do not be concerned nor unduly upset if you do not participate in this first temporary lift-up of souls who serve with us. This merely means that your action in the plan is elsewhere, and you will be taken for your instructions or will receive them in some other manner. Do not take any personal affront if you are not alerted or are not a participant in this first phase of our plan. Your time will come later, and these instructions are not necessary for you at this 13 time.”
Ashtar has communicated this message to others with the twist that those taken will have to remain in the third dimension whereas those that are left will then be free to evolve to the fourth dimension. The website Gateway to Oneness speaks of one named Cristah the light worker who receives messages from Ashtar. Cristah relays Ashtar’s message: “those who do not believe, will be left in the 3rd dimension,” and “those that are not of the light must stay and learn here in the 3rd dimension.” Cristah adds that Ashtar “says that 13 the fate of earth’s inhabitants” will be handled on an individual basis.”
The idea is that the disappearance of millions around the globe will be due to them being left in the third dimension and those that then find themselves on the earth have transitioned to the fourth dimension. Ashtar has been leaving messages with other channellers as well in order to make sure that his message is heard and spread. Johanna Michaelson is a former New Ager who is now a Christian. In her book Like Lambs to the Slaughter: Your Child and the Occult, she writes about the well-known New Age guru John Randolph Price who also receives messages from Asher (a variation of Ashtar). Michaelson relays that, according to John Randolph Price, as many as two billion people could be wiped off the planet. This seemingly refers to the trials coming upon the earth versus the evacuation, nevertheless, the impact will be ‘we told you so’ once the events begin to occur. Asher, the spirit guide of John Randolph Price, a moving force behind the New Agers’ ‘World Instant of Cooperation’ (on December 31, 1986, in which thousands of mediators worldwide simultaneously concentrated on world peace hoping to cause a critical mass launching into the New Age) told him that two billion people who didn’t go along with the New Age would be wiped off the face of the Earth during the coming cleansing.” New Age author Kay Wheeler and channeller, who goes by the name Ozmana, describes how Mother Earth is fighting for her life and is in critical condition, which she says, is “why you see the many crises in the world.” She states the Mother Earth must fight for her survival and we as light bearers can help her: “Mother is cleansing. It is all she knows to do at this time to clear herself of the pollution that exists within her body. 13 But you as light bearers can help your Mother cleanse in such a way that does not destroy all life on this planet.”
As part of the cleansing process, many people will be removed from the planet so that the planet can move into the fourth dimension. “Earth’s population needs to be decreased to bring forth the necessary changes 13 upon this planet to move into the fourth dimension.” She states that the changes are coming and “those who 13 plan to stay must be of this vibration.” The reason that many will leave the planet is because they are not able to go to the fourth dimension. She says that we should not feel sad for them but rather rejoice for them and also that now the beings on earth can move forward: “Many of these beings who are leaving this planet at this time have completed that which they came to do. It is a time of great rejoicing for them. Do not feel sad about their leaving. They are going home. Many are waiting to be with them again [...] Many beings must move on, for their thought patterns are of the past. They hold on to these 13 thoughts that keep Earth held back.“
The messages from the “aliens” and the New Age is clear: major earth changes and cataclysms are coming upon the earth. As a result many will be removed from the earth in the twinkling of an eye.

6. PROJECT MINORITY REPORT Contact lenses which focus 3D screens directly into people's eyeballs could be on sale as early as 2014, says U.S. company Innovega. Innovega is developing proprietary display technology based on eyewear and contact lenses that enhances human vision allowing the wearer to simultaneously access digital media while remaining fully engaged in their normal activities.
Their business model is to license patented video eyewear technology and platforms to digital media and consumer products companies, enabling them to deliver high-performance personal displays in compact form-factors. The resulting products and platforms will offer unique benefits that include transparent optics, panoramic fields of view, and full HD/3D performance. The tiny 3D screens 'screens' sit directly on users' eyeballs and work with a pair of lightweight glasses with a built-in translucent screen. The experience is equivalent to a 240-inch television viewed at a distance of 10 feet, says Innovega's CEO Steve Willey. The lenses sit directly on the eyeball, and have been engineered using nanoscale techn iques to work as a focusing device that pairs with a pair of hitech glasses. The devices can 'pair' with smartphones and portable game devices to deliver up-close video - or switch to a translucent 'augmented reality' view, where computer information is layered over the world we know. Crucially, the devices can be worn while moving about - previous bulky 'VR headsets' have blindfolded their users and can only be used sitting down. The effect could be similar to the lenses worn by Tom Cruise in the movie Minority Report.

The lenses, made with nano-scale engineering processes, work as a hi-tech focusing device, which allows Innovega's glasses to be considerably less bulky than previous devices. The lenses themselves require no power, and thus can sit safely on the eyeball. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) projects are often oddball technology, but it also has a history of far sighted technological leaps. DARPA Says, “Innovega's iOptiks are contact lenses that enhance normal vision by allowing a wearer to view virtual and augmented reality images without the need for bulky apparatus.” 14 “Instead of oversized virtual reality helmets, digital images are projected onto tiny full-color displays that are very near the eye.' These novel contact lenses allow users to focus simultaneously on objects that are close up and far away.” 14*
Innovega claims that the devices could become popular rapidly due to the number of contact lens wearers worldwide. The program seeks to develop novel computational imaging capabilities and explore joint design of hardware and software that give warfighters access to systems that greatly enhance their awareness, security and survivability.

7. PROJECT AVATAR TECHNOLOGY The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is researching ways for its troops to use their minds to remotely control androids who will take human soldiers' place on the battlefield. DARPA, the Pentagon's hi-tech research arm, has earmarked $7million for research into the project, nicknamed Avatar. The ultimate goal of the project sounds, bizarrely, much like the fantastical plot of the film of the same name. In the James Cameron movie, set far in the future, human soldiers use mind control to inhabit the bodies of human alien hybrids as they carry out a war against the inhabitants of a distant world. According to the DARPA's 2013 budget, The Avatar program will develop interfaces and algorithms to enable a soldier to effectively partner with semi-autonomous combat zone ready prototype robots such as AlphaDog and Petman. According to DARPA, the Avatar robot will be a "semi-autonomous bi-pedal machine" capable of performing as a stand-in soldier. The Avatar robots will be almost human-like, capable of handling military missions like clearing, sentry control and recovery of battle casualties. The agency expects the robots to greatly reduce injuries and deaths to soldiers on the war front. The program will develop interfaces and algorithms that make interaction and partnering between robots and soldiers as effective as possible. As a semi autonomous bipedal machine, the avatars will effectively act as a soldier’s surrogate. The robots will feature critical improvements in telepresence and remote operation of a ground system. DARPA’s robotics research is one amongst numerous other global efforts as nations explore the limits of robot military use. The need to place less humans on the war front with more machines predominantly informs this quest. DARPA recently showcased AlphaDog, a semi autonomous four Legged Squad Support System (LS3), that could reduce the load carried by soldiers. The robot, to be integrated with soldiers, is expected to improve soldier performance by carrying loads on the battlefield. In a recent test run, the agency demonstrated the LS3’s ability to carry a considerable load from dismounted squad members in battleground simulation. DARPA was one of the pioneering government agencies in the development of the internet. The agency is also involved in research initiatives to bolster internet security. The remote controlled androids will be capable of doing everything that a human soldier can. They should be able to perform all the duties expected of a human soldier, including 'room clearing, sentry control [and] combat casualty recovery,' all via remote control. The means in which this man-machine mind-meld are to be achieved are unclear, but DARPA's description of the project notes 'key advancements in telepresence and remote operation of a ground system'. The agency has reportedly already funded successful attempts to control robots with thought - albeit using monkeys - raising the terrifying prospect that wars may in the future be fought by machine proxy. The initiative seems like the next logical step in the U.S. military's robotics and remote warfare research. Remote-controlled drones have, controversially, been in use for some time, and have been a key, if sometimes clumsy, weapon in the U.S.'s operations against Islamic extremists. There is no information yet on which company(ies) will be partnering with DARPA on Project Avatar, but many have a suspicion that Boston Dynamics will be at the top of the list. Boston Dynamics has partnered with (and received research money from) DARPA in the past, and has working prototypes of several different types of military robots. From Big Dog to Alpha Dog, it seems Boston Dynamics is determined on seeing their robots in combat.

8. PROJECT STARGATE AND REMOTE VIEWING The use of the mind as a weapon of war is not new in the US military history. The Stargate Project was the umbrella code name of one of several sub-projects established by the U.S. Federal Government to investigate claims of psychic phenomena with potential military and domestic applications, particularly "remote viewing": the purported ability to psychically "see" events, sites, or information from a great distance. These projects were active from the 1970s through 1995, and followed up early psychic research done at The Stanford Research Institute (SRI), The American Society for Psychical Research, and other psychical research labs. The Stargate Project created a set of protocols designed to make the research of clairvoyance and outof-body experiences more scientific, and to minimize as much as possible session noise and inaccuracy. The term "remote viewing" emerged as shorthand to describe this more structured approach to clairvoyance. Stargate only received a mission after all other intelligence attempts, methods, or approaches had already been exhausted. In 1995, the project was transferred to the CIA and a retrospective evaluation of the results was done. The CIA contracted the American Institutes for Research for an evaluation. An analysis conducted by Professor Jessica Utts showed a statistically significant effect, with gifted subjects scoring 5%-15% above chance. A number of successful viewings have been claimed in The Ultimate Time Machine by Joseph McMoneagle and Reading the Enemy's Mind: Inside Star Gate America's Psychic Espionage Program by Paul H. Smith. Officially, the US military does not make use of Remote Viewing activities, having closed down the departments that were involved in them in the 1990s. Private Remote Viewing experts however, are involved in drawing sketches of far off locations, some of which turn out remarkably precise. One US exarmy officer involved from Texas who's involved in Remote Viewing, claims to have seen Iranian complexes which are used for creating nuclear bombs. An interview with UK artist Suzanne Treister, who created HEXEN2039, a project about the military's historical use of the occult for psychological warfare. The project, which is also online, a film, and a book blend the fictitious with rigorously researched military (US and European) information. The project is centered around a futuristic fictional character who is part of a 21st Century organization, the Institute of Militronics and Advanced Time Interventionality. The character, called Rosalind Brodsky travels back in time regularly. The narrative, which accompanies paintings and drawings, is not all that implausible. Issues addressed include real life shifts in the balance of political power, both (factual) historical and futuristic, climate change and new models of psychological warfare. Remote viewing is a small part of Hexen 2039. The project entails a wealth of other issues including information about Soviet brainwashing techniques, the Korean war, and US experiments like MK Ultra. "The reason Remote Viewing is in the project is that it confirms another case of the military 'believing in' the occult and paranormal powers of perception and this drives the narrative and the research rather than being the object of it", 15 says Treister.

She cites attributed and undisclosed historic records of past military organizations and events involving the use of the occult and hidden informational techniques. The narrative is compelling; in the year 2039, Brodsky travels to an assignment at West Point U.S. Military Academy, situated on the banks of the Hudson River, 50 miles north of Manhattan in New York State. She researches the US Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Psyop) based at Fort Bragg, North Carolina as part of an investigation into early forms of audio hypnosis or 'silent sounds' technologies, altering the brain's EEG patterns. This is used for military purposes. In the storyBrodsky casually finds out a series of dramatic military secrets as well real life links with the film industry. Asked how she gained access to most of the military information, Treister says "I read a lot of books about historical relationships between the military and the occult, and about brainwashing, but some of the information is online." 15 Treister also has family involved in one aspect of the military. During her London exhibition,
informed viewers substantiated her findings and offered further information. Treister says that despite the secret nature of the military, there will always be individuals who manage to infiltrate. At the moment, the most the US army will publicly admit to is its use of psychological operations. Soldiers in are trained to 'expect the unexpected' to the utmost extreme. Until 1995, the CIA sponsored research institutions with millions of dollars to experiment with psi phenomena for use of warfare. Remote viewing and psychic work took place at Stanford Research Institute at Menlo Park, California and in a rattly old building somewhere far from the civilized world at Fort Meade in Maryland. The CIA closed this down in 1995, after then President Bill Clinton ordered more openness in the army. The public was astonished to find out what had taken place without their knowing for two decades. The agents had been using their 'special powers' to trace missile silos, submarines, POWs, and MIAs. What was even more stunning was the razor sharp likeness of the files and a film that was released a year earlier, Stargate. The film meticulously detailed some of the activities that were described in the previously classified CIA files; human consciousness was projected from one place to another and accurate information about remote and hidden locations was retrieved. The astonishing correlations between the film and the CIA documents were believed almost too coincidental yet the filmmakers insisted they had no clue about the army project, which was located not far from where they were shooting. HEXEN2039 also traces other oddities between real life, the army and Hollywood, most notably Samuel Goldwyn's strange involvement with MGM. The project originally began as an investigation into histories of witchcraft, Treister says. "This soon developed into an investigation into the occult and inevitably, since the [fictional] Institute has a military imperative and works in alliance with other organisations on a commission basis, it took up an offer from the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to investigate and develop new forms of military-occult based technology for psychological warfare. i.e. the project organically developed through its own internal logic." 15
Blending fiction and fact often invites ridicule but practically there is hardly a way around this. In the act of remote viewing itself, there is however little room for such excess baggage. It requires a total concentration of the mind. Others like Ed Dames, the ex army officer who was involved in taking the army's Remote Viewing program's technology to the private sector, confirm this too. Dames, who left the US army in 1989 to set up PsiTech, was asked questions in an online chat session published on Mind contol forums said technical Remote Viewing is a "very rigorous, disciplined program that teaches the trainee to accurately download information from the collective unconscious, or the global mind".

Treister experimented with remote viewing by studying the techniques of John Dee, the 16th Century controversial consultant to Queen Elizabeth. She uses a scrying stone. The term scrying comes from the English word descry, which means 'to make out dimly' or 'to reveal.' Incidentally, Treister actually used John Dee's stone, a crystal ball with a value of ?50,000, which was stolen from the Science Museum in London in 2004. "The first remote viewing drawing I made was of the floor plan of Aleister Crowley's house in Scotland before I could find an image. I verified later that in fact it had a similarly unusual structure", Treister says."I am not sure about the veracity of other later drawings, many were unverifiable, but also this is not necessarily the issue, it's more about the idea that these phenomena are researched seriously by the military, and in that sense all this becomes a real part of the world." 15
A reviewer of Treister's London exhibition says that Treister's military drawings using the scrying stone might be just as accurate as those made by the professionals. Ed Dames has been indirectly involved in the search for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. He drew two locations at the request of Major Karen Jansen, head of the UN Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear inspection team in 1991. She told him the names of the locations and he jotted down maps Spokespeople at the International Atomic Energy Agency did not respond to an email inquiring if the technique is used in Iran or elsewhere in the world. Dames said that Jansen phoned him personally after work by the CIA and other agencies had failed to produce results. Whether Dames also actually indicated to the UN inspectors if he saw weapons is not clear from the chat conversation and neither from an article that was written about this event by the Associated Press. It seems that the UN isn't a standard client to Remote Viewing sub contractors. Emails inquiring after this to the International Atomic Energy Agency's press office had not received a reply by presstime. This might change with time. Academics in the UK are complaining that in today's critical times, the arms control and disarmament community is facing a generational gap. Established researchers are retiring and newer researchers enter the field for the first time, who have completely different backgrounds. They have started an initiativeto combat this. One private Remote Viewer/Dream expert, publishes his viewings online and people can tell him whether he's right or wrong. Brianspredictions.com is run by a 38 year old ex army professional who draws buildings, machines, motorcycles and aircraft. At first sight, it is difficult to take him seriously. The drawings are scraps of hastily drawn rectangles, squares and circles and scribbled notes and arrows. Yet Brian publishes articles that confirm (or deny) his findings, which indicate he often makesvery valuable contributions to public issues. He tends to dream virtually every night and during his waking hours draw sketches after remote viewing. On 19 February 2006, Brian wrote "I had a dream several days about some sort of ram jet missile being built right now in a factory in Iran. This missile can travel some 10 times the speed of sound and cannot be shot down. Its going to be armed with several nuclear warheads and fired on 9.10.2006 at Washington DC, USA. Using remote viewing several days later, I now have more details on this event and they follow." He published drawings including a complex showing 2 buildings, storage tanks and a water tower, and nuclear devices of about 100 feet long on some type of hydraulic lift system. Brian details "The nuclear warheads will be attached to the from of the missile, that when fired can reach mach 10 (10 times the speed of sound). It has 2 large air intake holes, drawn above. This is a drawing of an underground tunnel used to transport the missile to the launch site and to attach the nuclear warhead. On the left some sort of belt moves the missile to a connecting tunnel (right) where the warheads are attached, then the entire missile is lifted by hydraulics 100 feet to the surface to be fired. The Reuters report that follows his drawings is dated on 31 March 2006. It confirms speculation which had been circulating in the media prior to Brian's dream, that Iran had acquired Shahab-3 missiles, which experts believe have a maximum range of around 2,000 km (1,240 miles), with nuclear warheads. Very recently, an Iranian website claimed Iran has 600 of these bombs, which the US last February said should not be banned, but preserved as a military option. Western army experts deny this the case. Iran is believed to have no more than a few dozen such missiles which are connected to new warheads containing thousands of tiny cluster bombs. The moral implications about military use of claims to the future are not to be underestimated. It is a balance between complicity and criticality. Ultimately, both become part of the content of the work and potential conflicts transcend. Which is akin to annexing territory. "If the results were taken seriously without any other intelligence information sources and people were injured or killed as a result then [it would be immoral]. But from what one can tell, remote viewing was/is never used as a stand-alone technology", Treister says. 15
Controversy is part and parcel of the remote viewing trade, it appears. John Dee, who's considered its founder, was swinging from highs to lows throughout his life. On several occasions he ended up in close trusted relationships with people who first accused him of immoral deeds. In 1555, he was arrested him and charged with treason, a capital offense. He had been involved in drawing up horoscopes of Queen Mary and Princess Elizabeth. He exonerated himself and ended up working closely with the people who first brought the charges. It took years for Dee to find a satisfactory method for the pursuit of the supernatural and he conducted "spiritual conferences" after lenghty periods of purification, prayer and fasting. Dames also appears to have had his fair share of hardships. He's thrown out of PSIcorp and is referred to in the US media as 'Doctor Doom'. He says he has no feelings when he relays Remote Viewing information but that what he remote views from time to time is not very savory. He doesn't do missing people cases because it is too gruesome, for instance. Despite this ex US army officer's neutrality, things appear to get to him. Predicting what he calls "the Killshot", a solar flare striking Earth in the near future, he relocated his family to a cave in the Sandwich Islands (Hawaii) in 1999.

9. THE PHILADELPHIA EXPERIMENT Allegedly, in the fall of 1943 a U.S. Navy destroyer was made invisible and teleported from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Norfolk, Virginia, in an incident known as the Philadelphia Experiment. Records in the Operational Archives Branch of the Naval Historical Center have been repeatedly searched, but no documents have been located which confirm the event, or any interest by the Navy in attempting such an achievement. The ship involved in the experiment was supposedly the USS Eldridge. Operational Archives has reviewed the deck log and war diary from Eldridge's commissioning on 27 August 1943 at the New York Navy Yard through December 1943. The following description of Eldridge's activities are summarized from the ship's war diary. After commissioning, Eldridge remained in New York and in the Long Island Sound until 16 September when it sailed to Bermuda. From 18 September, the ship was in the vicinity of Bermuda undergoing training and sea trials until 15 October when Eldridge left in a convoy for New York where the convoy entered on 18 October. Eldridge remained in New York harbor until 1 November when it was part of the escort for Convoy UGS-23 (New York Section). On 2 November the convoy entered Naval Operating Base, Norfolk. On 3 November, Eldridge and Convoy UGS-23 left for Casablanca where it arrived on 22 November. On 29 November, Eldridge left as one of escorts for Convoy GUS-22 and arrived with the convoy on 17 December at New York harbor. Eldridge remained in New York on availability training and in Block Island Sound until 31 December when it steamed to Norfolk with four other ships. During this time frame, Eldridge was never in Philadelphia.
Below is a personal testimony of one the men who was on board who lived through the experience. The Philadelphia Experiment : A Personal Saga in Time Travel by Drue, edited by Debra Cunningham It was the early hours of August 15th, 1943, the intense chill of the brisk morning air was bitter and humid, penetrating deeply into each one of us, further compounding the already heightened tensions that we were enduring at the moment. While the majority of the surrounding populous were tucked snugly underneath their warm blankets sleeping, I along with four other civilian scientists were watching many of the 176 sailors report to work on board the decks of the ship. To them, it was just another routine work day after having a well deserved night of liberty. We were on the USS Eldridge, a newly launched navy destroyer, with special authority from the U.S. Naval Department to conduct our assignments; a highly secretive scientific experiment.... After many months of preparation and planning, we had at last arrived at the final stage of the project. It was necessary for us to gut the internal confines of the Eldridge to accommodate four immense generators along with Tesla coils, electron tubes and the many miles of inch thick cable that was laid throughout the ship’s cable raceways. While watching the young sailors report on board, I remember reflecting back on the events of three days earlier, August 12th. It was on this day, we had conducted a dry run with the Eldridge using the awesome technology developed for the sole purpose of rendering inanimate objects invisible. I could not shake from my mind the horror that I witnessed when we placed small animals in metal cages made of different materials, and strategically positioning them throughout the confines of the ship, after which, we rendered it invisible. In this experiment we had attempted to determine the effects and affects of arcing living organisms with inanimate objects. The results were disastrous!

PARATECHNOLOGY PART 4: SUPER TECHNOLOGIES OF DECEPTION Having mix emotions, I was disconcerted with the military’s rationale to continue on schedule knowing that they knew the potential danger, however, there was an air of excitement that overcame my scientific nature in what we were getting ready to embark upon. The military authorities in charge of the project would not take heed of our advise to delay further scheduled operations, so that we could determine what went wrong. They knew, like I knew that this schedule was based solely on a window of opportunity, and we also knew another would not be available soon. I now understood what Dr. Nikola Tesla was dealing with before his decision to leave the project. I felt confident and content with the foresight in our planning, that as long as we maintained the control of our own destiny and could pull the plug to stop the operation at any sign of trouble, all would be well. We were at an extreme disadvantage not knowing what to expect. Experimentation up to this date had always been controlled from external sources, whereas with this one, we would have control from within the confines of the Eldridge. We had worked frantically day and night in replacing damaged equipment sustained during the dry run, just to be ready for this morning’s scheduled run. This operation had much more at stake then all of the previous experimentation put together. For myself, it was a day in my life that I realized for the first time —- I knew, what I didn’t know! The valuable time spent with Tesla prepared me for the many possibilities that this day could hold — though, I didn’t like what I heard. The dry run confirmed to me what Tesla already knew of the eminent dangers, and at the very least — I knew we were in trouble, if not damned to be damned.... Preparing to pull up anchor from the docks of the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, the sailors seemed anxious about their next adventure at sea. It was shortly thereafter, under a cloak of darkness, that we had started our movement down the Delaware river with one small scientific research vessel following closely behind. As we moved out to sea, all heard and felt the unusual humming sound that was being emitted from the four powerful generators as they were slowly switched to higher frequencies — the vibration becoming increasingly stronger and stronger. Routine work on the Eldridge came to a complete halt as our hair now stood on end. We all felt a sense of apprehension with the uncommon electrical sensations flowing about the ship. Some men began to shake with uncontrollable fear, many others were looking cautiously about their surroundings not knowing what to think, while others tried to find comfort in their morning cup of coffee. For even the most fearless men of the ship, panic set in when men were electrocuted because they did not take heed to the instructions to stay clear from the cables that were laid out along the outer walls of the ship. Unbeknownst to the sailors who were trained only in the operation of a naval ship, for the first time were involved in an attempt to accomplish a scientific feat never before undertaken. However, they now knew this was not going to be a routine day in naval shipping. Just prior to dawn and while out at sea, we rendered the USS Eldridge invisible by switching the generators to full strength. The men were now experiencing horrors beyond their beliefs. They were not prepared for what was to come, thus, many of the men’s minds caved and cracked. When we switched the generators to full power, it had created a strong electromagnetic field, which totally overcame and engulfed us within a heavy fog or a mist. It was at this precise moment that I sensed myself being shook violently from a strong vibration and at the same time I noted the ship disappearing from around and below me. With a generator to my back, all of a sudden as if in slow motion, I felt a tremendous impact in which I sensed my entire body being propelled outwards into hundreds of fragmented pieces. With this impact, there was a brilliant flash of light, so intense it was not only blinding, but consuming; the piercing sound forced me to the ship’s deck covering my ears with my hands in a desperate attempt to relieve the pain. Now bleeding from my mouth, nose and ears, nothing seemed to help the discomfort that I was experiencing, leaving me with the one and only thought I repeatedly recall saying to myself — “I wished I were dead”! Eventually, these anomalies subsided and being extremely disoriented, “time” as I knew it did not seem to exist. I felt “stuck” in place, unable to move in a field of energy of total darkness. I began to realize that something had gone drastically wrong as Tesla had foreseen. Finally collecting my wits, and not allowing fear to become an overwhelming factor, I literally had to use my entire WILL and physical strength to break loose from the field of energy that encased me. Being successful in freeing myself, I was able to move about the ship taking note of many others who also were in the same predicament. There were those who were moving about in total panic, some consumed with fire and others seemed to glow. I had to reach the pilot room to locate the Captain of the ship in order to assess damages, but he too, was “stuck”. It was at this time I felt the necessity to shut down the generators to unplug the operation. The entire ship was transparent, like that of a dark red colored gelatin. Therefore, I was able to not only see through the walls of the ship, but able to move through the walls as well. An attempt made solely out of desperation, I reached through the wall for one of the generator switches —- it had no substance.... After we had rematerialized some 24 hours later and out at sea, the scene was chaotic. I was taken off the Eldridge by stretcher and immediately placed under medical sequester on board a U.S. Naval medical ship. With the sun shining brightly, I remember looking back at the horrific scene of the Eldridge still smoldering from its fires. Naval personnel were running about and working frantically to get things under control. Many of the men that were part of the rescue mission were overtaken by what they saw, and others became ill from the stench of the burning and decomposing flesh left behind for them to clean up. Things were so bad that some men from the other ships even refused to board the Eldridge. The USS Eldridge was no longer sea worthy, extremely radioactive and unstable; and of the 181 men, only 21 of us had survived. Forty men were confirmed dead as a result of radiation exposure, burns, electrocution, and fright. Twenty-seven of these 40 were men embedded within the structure of the ship, but who were not in all cases dead. Mercifully some were shot in the head using a

Lastly, the remaining 120 men were never seen from again. They were not on the Eldridge when we had returned — they were JUST GONE.... This incident that I just related to you is a personal account of my experience while on the USS Eldridge and was by no means easy to put in words. The horror and fear that every man went through is far beyond even my ability to put in words. What I personally experienced was of such a nature that I would never wish this on another. Today, many of you know this incident as the “Philadelphia Experiment”; an experiment that even to this day the U.S. government denies. In one sense this experiment worked and in another it was a failure. However, know this — where there is one failure, there are many successes! Now, regressing a bit, the awesome technology that was used on the 15th of August, 1943, was technology that had been in the makings under Dr. Nikola Tesla’s guidance since the early 1930’s. Having had much success, the technology eventually was placed in the hands of our U.S. government and overseen by the Naval Department for national security interests. By the time our government got involved, the possibilities of the technology had already been proven beyond a doubt of its abilities. Dr. Albert Einstein was also involved, and to a greater degree than most know. In fact, it was his “Special Theory of Relativity”, which became the theoretical cornerstone describing the release of nuclear energy, and concerns itself with relationships between energy, time, matter, and the speed of light. In his proposed “General Theory of Relativity”, he suggested that the universe is four dimensional — the three dimensions of space (length, depth and breadth) plus time. But space, instead of being flat as he had suggested in his special theory, was now curved, and that gravity was a consequence of his proposed space curvature. You see, Einstein’s general theory was so astoundingly successful that scientists world wide rapidly accepted it and who in turn after reevaluation, took their experimentation into the new direction in which Einstein had pointed. In short, Einstein vectored mankind onto a new “Timeline”! His theories made it possible for the warping, bending or the morphing of time, blackholes, traveling through time, and yes, even UFOs. Einstein was also convinced that there was a link between the laws of electromagnetism and gravity, and that it could be expressed in a mathematical formula — known as the “Unified Field Theory”. Therefore, he himself was not thoroughly convinced that his theories of relativity explained our physical universe and/or reality in its totality. Many scientists were also out to prove Einstein wrong, one of whom was Tesla. Tesla had already conducted successful experimentation where Einstein was only on the fringes of understanding anti-gravity and anti-matter. History has been written depicting that Einstein did not live to complete his work on this theory. I got involved with the project in 1938 and worked closely with Tesla, the government’s project director. Interviewed by a panel of men, mostly scientists, which included Tesla and some military, I was hired to work with the project primarily because of my abilities and training in physics, geometry and electronics. I was very much involved during the theorem and thorium stages and realize that we were just at the beginning stages of understanding radiation. There were numerous round-table discussions with many individuals from different walks of life and philosophies that were not only from the scientific and military communities, but also from religious and metaphysical societies. We all had our own assignments and timetables, restricting our involvement with other aspects in the development of the technology, additionally, much of the work was contracted out. It was designed so that the right hand never knew what the left hand was doing and vice versa. All issues were handled in this manner for the sole purpose of secrecy. My role also included the preparation and installation of the technology on the ship. Shortly after being with the project, I was able to distinguish the different motives by the different groups of people involved. The three key agendas that were very much part of this experimentation were: A scientific agenda, which was to explore the time/space continuum for scientific discovery; a military agenda, since we were at war (WW II) they wanted this ability as a weapon — to move personnel and cargo instantaneously from one point to another; and lastly, an extraterrestrial agenda, which was to map out the earth’s planetary magnetic grid work for interdimensional travel. However, there was a closely guarded CORE agenda by some that worked behind the scenes. I identify them as “those in the know”, and their hidden agenda was to REWRITE HISTORY....

10. PROJECT MONTAUK At the eastern most end of Long Island sits Montauk Point, known to most New Yorkers for its scenic beauty and landmark lighthouse. To the immediate west of the lighthouse, there is a mysterious and derelict Air Force base on the grounds of old Fort Hero. Although it was officially decommissioned and abandoned by the U.S. Air Force in 1969, it was subsequently reopened and continued to operate without 'official' sanction from the U.S. Government.
The entire financing for the base is also a mystery (black budget). No funding can be traced to the military or government. Officials of the U.S. Government have probed for answers without success (program operates in strict secrecy on a 'need to know' basis). The covert nature of the operation has prompted legends to thrive across Long Island. However, it is unlikely that any of the local people of Montauk, or those who spread the tales, know the full story of what actually went on (and could still be going on) there. The origin of the Montauk Project dates back to 1943, when radar invisibility was being researched aboard the USS Eldridge. As the Eldridge was stationed at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, the events concerning the ship have commonly been referred to as the "Philadelphia Experiment". The Philadelphia Experiment was actually referred to as the "Rainbow Project" by those who manned and operated it. The top secret project was supposedly designed and undertaken to end World War II. It created an electromagnetic bottle, changing the entire electromagnetic field of a specific area - in this case, the field encompassing the USS Eldridge - diverting radar waves, thus making a ship invisible to enemy radar. This experiment became the forerunner of modern day "Stealth" technology. Indeed, invisibility resulted for the USS Eldridge, which was removed from the space-time continuum with a flash of blue light. The ship reappeared instantaneously in Norfolk, Virginia. While the intended sole objective was to make the ship undetectable by radar, it had a totally unexpected and drastic side effect - it made the ship physically invisible to the naked eye and removed it from the space-time continuum! The project was a success from an experimental standpoint, but it was a catastrophe to the people involved. While the USS Eldridge "moved" from the Philadelphia Naval Yard to Norfolk, Virginia, and back again, the crew found themselves in complete disorientation. They had disappeared from the physical universe and had no familiar surroundings to relate to when they reappeared. Some were actually forced into various time warps and occasionally reappeared back to their initial reality. Upon their return to the Philadelphia Navy Yard, some were planted into the bulkheads of the ship itself. Those who survived were in a mental state of total disorientation and absolute horror. The crew was subsequently discharged as "mentally unfit" after having spent considerable time in rehabilitation. The status of "mentally unfit" made it very convenient for their stories to be discredited, which was the intention. This put the Rainbow Project at a standstill. Even though a major breakthrough had occurred, there was no certainty that human beings could survive further experimentation. Dr. John Von Neumann, who headed the project, was now summoned to work on the Manhattan Project. This project concerned the making of the atom bomb, which ultimately became the weapon of choice for ending World War II. A group of insiders believe that the Montauk Project was a culmination of the phenomena encountered aboard the USS Eldridge in 1943. Popularly known as the "Philadelphia Experiment", the ship disappeared while the Navy was conducting radar invisibility experiments. According to accounts from those who worked on this secret project, over three decades of secret research and applied technology ensued. Experiments were conducted that included electronic mind surveillance and the control of distinct populations. The climax of this work was reached at Montauk Point in 1983. It was at that time that the Montauk Project ripped open a hole in space-time to 1943. Although it is not well known, vast research that began with the Rainbow Project (Philadelphia Experiment) was resumed in the late 1940s. It continued on, culminating with a hole being ripped through the space-time continuum at Montauk in 1983. The goal of this section is to give you a general understanding of the research and events subsequent to the Philadelphia Experiment and up to 1983 at Montauk. Perhaps the person best qualified to tell the real story is Preston Nichols, an electrical engineer and inventor who has studied the Montauk Project for the better part of a decade. His interest in the project was spurred in part by unusual circumstances in his own life. He was also able to legally acquire much of the equipment that was used for the project. His continued investigation ultimately revealed his own role as the technical director of the project. Despite brainwashing and threats to silence him, he has survived and has decided to tell his story. Preston, who has a degree in electrical engineering specializing in electromagnetic phenomena, began working for a well known defense contractor on Long Island. He tells us that he was not too interested in the paranormal at that time, but did study mental telepathy in order to disprove it, but found out that it does exist and is somewhat like radio waves. He even discovered a "telepathic" wave which did not fit into a normal wave function in behavior. Preston's next step was to research in his spare time with different psychics. abilities. He used his growing collection of radio equipment to learn that whenever a 410-420 megahertz cycle appeared on the air, the psychics' minds would be "jammed." Tracing the signal to Montauk Point and the red and white radar antenna on the Air Force Base, he found upon checking that the base was still active with tight security and the guards would not answer questions, claiming the radar was an FAA project, a WWII radar defense system known as "SAGE (Semi-Automatic Ground Environment) Radar". This antique system should not be needed by the FAA, who should be using only state-of-the-art equipment. He later acquired salvaged scrap equipment from the base itself, in a seemingly legal manner, as okayed by a surplus disposal contractor. SAGE (SEMI-AUTOMATIC GROUND ENVIRONMENT) RADAR AT MONTAUK AIR FORCE STATION While gathering up the scrap equipment, Preston met a homeless man living on the "abandoned" base who recognized him ... said he had been a technician there before the big disaster in 1983 ... said Preston had been his boss on the project ... which Preston didn't believe a word of at the time. The homeless man also spoke of irregular weather patterns, mind control and a vicious beast. He mentioned animals being affected, crashing through windows all over that part of the island. More of these weatherrelated stories began to come to Preston from other people ... like once when it snowed in August, hurricane force winds that came out of nowhere, severe thunderstorms that had not shown on any weather radar. Another interesting phenomena that Preston was learning about at this time was the changing behavior of the island's inhabitants. The chief of police told him that crimes would be committed in a certain twohour period of the day. Teens would act like gangs during those periods, but be normal at other times, all suggesting exhibition of some sort of mind control activity in the area - like a certain beam would be projected and everything seemed to change in the area. Since Preston was expanding his interest in radio equipment, he began attending more and more "ham fests" around the country and the bizarre thing is that more and more people were recognizing him, people he thought that he had never seen before. He just blew it off for a while, until he met Duncan Cameron, a powerful and well known psychic of Montauk. In November of 1984, Duncan Cameron appeared at Preston's house and the memories began to flood his mind of his dual (or parallel) existence as a project supervisor heavily involved in the Montauk Project with Duncan. Preston occasionally had just an inkling or two of a parallel reality in another time that he was living concurrently with his virtual reality existence, almost like he had been working on two jobs at once. THE PHOENIX PROJECT ABSORBS PROJECT RAINBOW While the Phoenix Project was investigating the weather and the use of radiosondes, Project Rainbow resurfaced in the late 1940’s. Project Rainbow (which was the code name for the operation that brought about the Philadelphia Experiment) was going to continue research into the phenomena encountered on the USS Eldridge. This project was concerned with the “electromagnetic bottle” technology, which eventually resulted in today’s stealth fighter craft. At about the same time, Dr. John Von Neumann and his research team were called back. They had worked on the original Rainbow project and went to work on a new endeavor. This was similar to the Rainbow Project but had a different goal. They were to find out what went wrong with the “human factor” of the experiment and why it failed so miserably. In the early 1950’s, it was decided that the remnants of Project Rainbow and the radiosonde project should be included under the same umbrella with the human factor study. “Phoenix Project” was used to refer to all of these activities. The project headquarters was at Brookhaven Labs on Long Island and the first order of business was to put Dr. Von Neumann in charge of the entire project. Dr. Von Neumann was a mathematician who came to the United States from Germany. He also became a theoretical physicist and was noted for his very advanced concepts of space and time. He originated the computer and built the first vacuum tube computer at Princeton University, where he also served as the head of the Institute for Advanced Study. Dr. Von Neumann had what could be described as a “good technical feel.” He had the ability to apply advanced theories to technology. His background in math gave him enough theory to communicate with Einstein, and he could in turn pass this on to the engineers and serve as a bridge between the two. As Von Neumann began work on the Phoenix Project, he quickly learned that he was going to have to study metaphysics. He had to understand the metaphysical side of man. The Rainbow technology had dissolved the physical and biological structure of human beings. People were stuck in bulkheads and changed beyond recognition in some cases. But it was the esoteric workings of the mind that had been affected first, in each case. Von Neumann and his team spent about ten years working out why human beings had troubles with electromagnetic fields that shifted them through different places and times. They actually found out that humans are born with what is known as a “time reference” point. At conception, an energy being is attached to a time line and we all start from that point. To understand this, it is necessary to view the “energy being” or soul as distinct from the physical body of the person concerned. Our whole reference as a physical and metaphysical being stems from that time reference which actually resides within the electromagnetic background of our planet. This time reference is the basic orientation point you have to the universe and the way it operates. You can imagine how you would feel if the clock suddenly started moving backwards and time as well. It is this time reference point that was thrown out of kilter with the individual crewmen of the USS Eldridge and caused them untold trauma. The Rainbow technology turns on and creates what can be called an alternate or artificial reality. It creates a stealth effect by not only isolating the ship, but the individual beings as well, within a “bottle effect.” Those beings were literally removed from space and our universe as we know it. This accounts for the invisibility of the ship and of the people on board. The alternate reality thus created has no time references at all because it is not part of the normal time stream. It is entirely out of time. To be in an artificial reality would be like waking up and not knowing where the hell you are. All of this would be very confusing. The Phoenix Project was faced with solving the problem of bringing human beings into the “bottle” (and eventually out again) while at the same time connecting them to their real time reference (that they would know as the planet Earth, etc). This meant that when they were in the alternate reality or “bottle”, they had to be supplied with something that would give them a time reference. They solved this by feeding into the “bottle” all the natural backgrounds of the Earth - at least enough to convince them of a continuous stream time reference. To do otherwise, would likely cause those in the “bottle” to experience transdimensional disorder and problems of this sort. This is why it was necessary to set a phony stage. Dr. Von Neumann was the ideal candidate for the job, since he knew computers. A computer had to be used if they were going to calculate the time references of specific people and replicate those references while they were passing through an “electromagnetic bottle” or alternate reality. The people inside the “bottle” would be going through zero time and essentially a “no reality” or a disoriented one at best. The computer had to generate an electromagnetic background (or phony stage) that the physical being would synchronize with as well. If that wasn’t done, the spirit and the physical body would go out of synch, thus resulting in insanity. There are two points to be brought out here: the physical being and the spiritual being. This is why the time reference would lock in the spirit and the electromagnetic background would lock in the body. This whole project started in 1948 and was finally developed in 1967. When this project was complete, a final report was written and submitted to Congress. Congress had funded this particular project thus far and followed the results. They were told that the consciousness of man could definitely be affected by electromagnetics; and additionally, that it would be possible to develop equipment that could literally change the way a person thinks. Not surprisingly, Congress said no. They were concerned that if the wrong people got a hold of this technology that they themselves could lose their minds and be controlled. It is a very valid concern and word was given by 1969 to disband the entire project. The Montauk Project, Rainbow Project, and Phoenix Project have had, among many others, two primary agendas running - mind manipulation and weather modification. Mind/mood/consciousness are affected by some of the same electromagnetic energies as is the weather. This information was the main result of much of Wilhelm Reich's research into what he termed "orgone" energy, and Reich developed technology which could impact and alter the state of this orgone energy. Reich's entire body of work into this field was forcibly taken from him by the federal government, much of the materials which were not stolen outright were destroyed, along with Reich's laboratories, and of course he was then incarcerated. The main elements of Reich's years of research and experimentation were incorporated into the Phoenix Project, being operated then mainly at Brookhaven Labs on Long Island. The Montauk Project, as well as Monarch and other MK-ULTRA offshoots and sub-projects, have created untold numbers (some suggest upwards of 5 million) of programmed, "sleeper" agents with often totally invisible alternate personalities or identities; these people are suffering from intentionally induced dissociative, multiple personality disorders as a result of "scientifically" applied psychosexual abuse and psychotronic programming. According to many philosophers and scientists we exist in a number of parallel realities ... which we access through our dreams, remote viewing, extrasensory perception, meditation or artificially induced mental states. Our "normal" reality is built upon dynamic functions or dynamic time and can be compared to one gigantic loop. It may have no beginning or no end continuing infinitely. Alternate realities are extraneous loops off of our main reality, perhaps added onto our original time line. And, what is our life like spent in these alternate realities? Can we gain consciousness of these other loops? Is it possible to travel freely from one time loop to another? According to Preston Nichols, Peter Moon, and the others this idea is the entire reason for the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project in the first place. If you are a Christian and reading this and thinking this subject is really the hallmark of fiction then remember this. The God of the Bible, Yahweh/Jehovah is defined in theological terms as being Omnipresent. This means he exists outside earth time. which is the 1) the time it takes for the earth to revolve on its axis, and 2) the time it takes for the earth to revolve around the sun. When you have an intelligence which is outside of our earth time then how does time move in their dimension. This is why the Bible says that a thousand years is but a day in Lords eyes. “For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night. Psalms 90:4”
If God is omnipresent then this must also mean that all the events of Revelation have been fulfilled and that at this moment God has completed his plan for the end of the ages. The new heaven and earth have already come, the marriage supper of the lamb already completed. You may say this cannot be true because we are still here, but it hasn’t happened because we are still in earth time. It is almost as if we are playing catch up. Additionally if this line of thinking applies to us doesn’t it apply at every other point in earth history as well. That God is present in the year 4000 BC, the year 3000BC, the year AD 30, 1254, 1745, 1993 and 2012 all at the same time. When we say we believe God is omnipresent do we really think about what this means from our own scientific and limited perspective. It should be clear now why being omnipresent is something that is a paradox to our understanding of time and space. This is why God says in Isaiah 55:9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
This is mentioned to really demonstrate the point that when man starts stepping out into the realm of paratechnology by trying to combine science with the spiritual, that all of a sudden the firm ground of science that is our security starts to fall and all of a sudden we are faced with weird concepts and possibilities as experienced with the Philadelphia and Montauk projects. Many strange experiences seem to have taken place on Long Island, some in the near vicinity of Brookhaven Laboratory. A couple of years ago, there were two separate reports of kangaroos seen hopping around on Long Island. Did they disappear from a zoo? No, they just appeared there, say the people who have researched the story quite thoroughly. How did they get there? Well, there are people who claim that there are dimensional portals, time warps, or whatever you want to call them, around the planet. For example it has been rumored that people enter a building of Area 51, seemingly into a short corridor or loop, and walk out at Pine Gap Australia. If Brookhaven and/or Montauk are into dimensional portals construction, then perhaps the poor kangaroos just hopped in from the other end? Who knows? According to many Montauk researchers, the financing for the base is a mystery. Who writes the paychecks has not been discovered yet. None of the local people seem to know the full story of what has gone on there. Insiders believe that the Montauk Project was a development and culmination of the phenomena encountered aboard the USS Eldridge in 1943. multi-mirrored device (which considerably delays its journey), will also determine the state of that photon at the time it is emitted -- showing that the present does affect the past and thus the future can affect the present. Therefore all time is in actuality simultaneous; what we call past and future exist "now". The past isn't gone and the future isn't yet to come. Then where are they? In another dimension. Similar alterations to traditional concepts about space, in particular vast distances, must ensue from such scientifically accepted facts. Another body of research used extensively in top secret projects involving ultraadvanced technologies is that of Nikola Tesla, the true father of our present-day AC electrical system, who as far back as the turn of the century had reportedly developed such technologies as particle beam and anti-gravity devices, wireless power transmission, psychotronics, and "free" energy, to name a few. Much of his work remains only dimly comprehended by many scientists even today. Tesla and his inventions figured prominently in the legendary "Philadelphia Experiment", which was in fact, part of the Phoenix Project research. It must be pointed out to those revisionists who discount the reality of the Philadelphia Experiment and also to those whose minds boggle at the contemplation of such subjects, that there is ample evidence in the public record alone, (newspapers, magazines, periodicals, etc.), showing that in the later 1930s and early 1940s, Naval Intelligence and other agencies were indeed wholeheartedly researching radar cloaking technology with the top minds in physics, including John Hutchenson, Emil Kurtenhour, Albert Einstein, Von Neumann and Nikola Tesla. Although not often discussed, literal sight invisibility was also a subject of considerable interest in this work. Sites for this research were first the University of Chicago, then The Institute for Advanced Studies, a front organization for groups connected to the one-world government conclave -- the Council of Rhodes. It's perhaps noteworthy that Nikola Tesla maintained research facilities at Shoreham, Long Island, not far from Montauk. Shoreham is reputed to be a geomagnetic "hot spot", or power point, although not of the same magnitude as Montauk. In recent years, much evidence has surfaced indicating that the subterranean facilities under that base are still used for top secret, ultra-classified research and experimentation into inter-dimensional technology, quantam and particle physics, black hole simulation, psychotronics, super-powerful electrical and electromagnetic fields, weather control, electronic and drug-based mind control, genetics and particle beam technology. One main grid line, said to run the east and west length of Long Island and Montauk Point itself, is a powerful natural earth energy location which supposedly connects with Men an Tol (Cornwall England) and the man said to be the most evil man to ever live on earth, Aleister Crowley. Men an Tol is a powerful and favorite work place for satanists and black magicians. Stories abound and some evidence does suggest that a great many of the activities at the Montauk site have been very evil. Certain of these experiments carried out at the Montauk facility in controlled warping of our time-space continuum had very devastating effects, resulting in the conspired sabotage mentioned earlier to destroy the facilities forcing the base's total, but really only temporary, abandonment in August of 1983. Just where did these giant technology leaps for mankind come from back then? Tesla always claimed to have alien contact. The Nazi element was rumored to be working with aliens, and the really bizarre suggestion that perhaps the 1983 connection was to open a inter dimensional portal is sounding more credible!

11. THE HIGH FREQUENCY ACTIVE AURORAL RESEARCH PROGRAM (HAARP) The U.S. government began a weather control project in the late 1940's under the code name "Phoenix". The information and technology for this came from Dr. Wilhelm Reich, an Austrian scientist who had studied with Freud and Carl Jung. Reich was known for his discovery of the life force called *orgone* energy, an energy distinctly different from ordinary electromagnetic energy. He was able to prove in his lab the existence of this life force energy. But when he started claiming cures for cancer with this cosmic energy, the FDA stepped in and attempted to destroy him and his work. Reich was an extremely brilliant man but highly controversial. Although he experimented extensively and wrote many volumes, few of his critics have taken an honest look at all of his research because much of it is not available. Part of this can be attributed to the Food and Drug Administration who supervised a massive book burning of all his available materials and also destroyed much of his laboratory equipment. Reich was known in part for his discovery of “orgone” energy, which is orgasmic or life energy. His experiments revealed orgone energy to be distinctly different from ordinary electromagnetic energy. He was able to prove the existence of this energy in the laboratory. His findings were written up in various psychiatric and medical journals of the period. Wilhelm Reich demonstrated by extensive experimentation that a form of electromagnetic energy he termed "orgone" energy had a significant impact on psychological states of mind as well weather conditions. Regarding the latter, Reich donated his "cloud-busting" technology to the U.S. government for no financial compensation, as he himself was pursuing other implications of his discoveries, partly due to pressure from the AMA (American Medical Association). Reich was mercilessly hounded and harassed by federal agents and his Long Island laboratory and research destroyed. He was in fact imprisoned for, among other charges, practicing medicine without a license. Reich's weather control technology was utilized and further developed by the government, and integrated with other aspects of the Phoenix Project. The discovery of a type of energy called “orgone” was not so controversial. It became very controversial with the powers at be when he reported curing cancer with his theories. He also associated “orgone” energy with “cosmic energy” and the Newtonian concept of “the ether”. None of these views won him support from conventional scientists of the 1940’s. At the turn of the century, scientists had embraced the Newtonian “ether”. This is referred to a hypothetical invisible substance as a medium for light and radiant energy. Einstein, who embraced the theory in his early years, eventually determined that there could not be a calm ether sea through which matter moves. Not all physicists bought Einstein’s argument, but Reich didn’t disagree. He pointed out that Einstein disproved the concept of a static ether. Reich considered the ether to be wave-like in nature and not static at all. Conventional scientists since then found the existence of phenomena that are a cross between particles and waves. They are sometimes referred to as “wavicles”. Common research has also shown that vacuum space contains complex properties that are dynamic in nature. One practical use Reich found for this energy was to modify the weather. He found that violent storms accumulate dead orgone or dead energy that is on a descending spiral. The government merged Reich's discoveries with their own weather monitors and produced what is known today as the radiosonde which forms part of the technology concept known as HAARP. The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) based in Gakona, Alaska, jointly managed (and funded) by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), is part of a new generation of sophisticated weaponry under the "Star Wars" Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). The high-frequency phased array radio transmitter is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI). It is the heart of the HAARP program and consists of an ionospheric heater that shoots electromagnetic energy into Earth's atmosphere.
Operated by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Space Vehicles Directorate, HAARP has the potential to trigger floods, droughts, hurricanes, even earthquakes. From a military perspective, it is a weapon of mass destruction that is capable of destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions anywhere in the world, by creating "controlled modifications" (called 'Geoengineering' - or weather manipulation) of the ionosphere. The layout is a field of 180 antenna towers, organized in 15 columns by 12 rows, each 72 feet tall. Slung beneath the towers is a wire grid for reflecting upward any radio emissions from the two crossed dipole Phased Array Antennas at the top of each tower, which convert the electricity into high-frequency radio waves and send them into the ionosphere, which turns them into low-frequency waves. The signal may be pulsed or continuous wave. Beneath the mesh are small buildings (shelters) for the radio transmitters. All of these elements link together to act as one giant transmitting antenna, with an effective radiated power (ERP) of 3.6 Million Watts, making it the world's largest radio broadcasting station. HAARP now has the power to fulfill its Naval role and can be used to communicate with any US submarine anywhere in the world at any depth. how remote or deep a country builds its underground bunkers or tunnels, HAARP is able to map their specific location with unparalleled precision. The main advantage of the placement of HAARP in Gakona, Alaska is so the transmitter can be situated directly below the "auroral electrojet" - where the magnetosphere intersects the ionosphere. The magnetic field lines in that location are nearly vertical. Then both operations described in the patent can be performed simultaneously and without moving the antenna. Thus the shortwave pulses heat the ionospheric electrons and the powerful ULF/ELF component of the pulses shoots the electrons up into the magnetosphere at the same time.
There are several other ionospheric heaters like HAARP in operation around the world, but facilities such as Arecibo in Puerto Rico and VOA Delano in California are too far away from the auroral electrojet to accomplish both these functions. Thus one of the primary research activities at HAARP is creating the enhanced reflectivity magnetosphere, then bouncing radio signals off the mirror to determine how well the mirror is working. This depends on how many hot electrons are injected into the magnetic bottle of the magnetosphere. To get the most electrons injected, you need to have just the right ULF/ELF signal. Scientist Dr. Nick Begich, active in the public campaign against HAARP, describes HAARP as being ..."super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere [upper layer of the atmosphere] by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything - living or dead." 18
According to Dr. Rosalie Bertell, HAARP is "part of an integrated weapons system which has potentially devastating environmental consequences." 19
Dr. Bertell depicts HAARP as "a gigantic heater that can cause major disruptions in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding the planet." 20

HAARP FUNDAMENTALS HAARP's space-generated ELF (extremely low frequency) waves, coming back down to the earth, can be utilized in many different ways, such as communicating with submarines or creating harmful biological and mental effects upon a specifically targeted population. HAARP can also be utilized in a system of earth-penetrating tomography, for locating hidden underground bunkers in enemy territory or the buried arms, survival supplies, and valuable coins buried by U.S. patriots and militias. It is a known fact that the U.S. military is developing high-powered microwave weapons for use against human beings" (which is one of the hidden goals of the HAARP transmitters). Such "microwave weapons are almost uniquely intrusive" (especially when they are pulsed at ELF frequencies). "They do not simply attack a person's body, they reach all the way into a person's mind...They are meant to disorient or upset mental stability." It is thus shocking to see the U.S. military now preparing, with the help of the Justice Department, to use such electromagnetic totalitarian zapping devices against American civilians. Years before he became House Speaker, Newt Gingrich wrote the foreword to an official U.S. Air Force book that described how electromagnetic weapons can be used to subjugate U.S. citizens who oppose the policies of the Federal government. The publication, titled 'Low Intensity Conflict and Modern Technology' (Lt. Col. David J. Dean, USAF, Editor), contained a chapter written by Capt. Paul Tyler that deals with electromagnetic, (so-called) non- lethal and psychotropic weapons. Because of the strong support for using the U.S. military against civilians (as clearly demonstrated by recent anti- terrorist legislation), this Air Force publication (and its relationship to HAARP) is very significant. MISLEADING PUBLIC OPINION HAARP has been presented to public opinion as a program of scientific and academic research. US military documents seem to suggest, however, that HAARP's main objective is to "exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes." Without explicitly referring to the HAARP program, a US Air Force study points to the use of "induced ionospheric modifications" as a means of altering weather patterns as well as disrupting enemy communications and radar. It is related to fifty years of intensive and increasingly destructive programs to understand and control the upper atmosphere. It would be rash not to associate HAARP with the space laboratory construction, which is separately being planned by the United States. HAARP is an integral part of a long history of space research and development of a deliberate military nature. The military implications of combining these projects is alarming. … The ability of the HAARP / Spacelab/ rocket combination to deliver very large amounts of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening. The project is likely to be "sold" to the public as a space shield against incoming weapons, or, for the more gullible, a device for repairing the ozone layer. In addition to weather manipulation, HAARP has a number of related uses: HAARP could contribute to climate change by intensively bombarding the atmosphere with highfrequency rays… Returning low-frequency waves at high intensity could also affect people's brains, and effects on tectonic movements cannot be ruled out. More generally, HAARP has the ability of modifying the World's electromagnetic field. It is part of an arsenal of "electronic weapons" which US military researchers consider a "gentler and kinder warfare".

WEAPONS OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER HAARP is part of the weapons arsenal of the New World Order under the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). From military command points in the US, entire national economies could potentially be destabilized through climatic manipulations. More importantly, the latter can be implemented without the knowledge of the enemy, at minimal cost and without engaging military personnel and equipment as in a conventional war.
The use of HAARP, if it were to be applied, could have potentially devastating impacts on the World's climate. Responding to US economic and strategic interests, it could be used to selectively modify climate in different parts of the World, resulting in the destabilization of agricultural and ecological systems. It is also worth noting that the US Department of Defense has allocated substantial resources to the development of intelligence and monitoring systems on weather changes. NASA and the Department of Defense's National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) are working on "imagery for studies of flooding, erosion, land-slide hazards, earthquakes, ecological zones, weather forecasts, and climate change" with data relayed from satellites. EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT ACKNOWLEDGES IMPACTS OF HAARP In February 1998, responding to a report of Mrs. Maj Britt Theorin, Swedish MEP and longtime peace advocate, the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs, Security and Defense Policy held public hearings in Brussels on the HAARP program. The Committee's "Motion for Resolution" submitted to the European Parliament: "Considers HAARP, by virtue of its far-reaching impact on the environment, to be a global concern and calls for its legal, ecological, ethical implications to be examined by an international independent body and regrets the repeated refusal of the United States Administration to give evidence to the public hearing into the environmental and public risks of the HAARP program." 21

The Committee's request to draw up a "Green Paper" on "the environmental impacts of military activities", however, was casually dismissed on the grounds that the European Commission lacks the required jurisdiction to delve into "the links between environment and defense". Brussels was anxious to avoid a showdown with Washington. HAARP FULLY OPERATIONAL While there is no concrete evidence of HAARP having been used, scientific findings suggest that it is at present fully operational. What this means is that HAARP could potentially be applied by the US military to selectively modify the climate of an "unfriendly nation" or "rogue state" with a view to destabilizing its national economy. Agricultural systems in both developed and developing countries are already in crisis as a result of New World Order policies including market deregulation, commodity dumping, etc. Amply documented, IMF and World Bank "economic medicine" imposed on third world countries and those of the former Soviet block has largely contributed to the destabilization of domestic agriculture. In turn, the provisions of the World Trade Organization (WTO) have supported the interests of a handful of Western agri-biotech conglomerates in their quest to impose Genetically Modified organism (GMO) or Genetically Engineered Organism (GEO) seeds on farmers throughout the world. It is important to understand the link between the economic, strategic and military processes of the New World Order. In the above context, climatic manipulations under the HAARP program would inevitably exacerbate these changes, by weakening national economies, destroying infrastructure, and potentially triggering the bankruptcy of farmers over vast areas. Surely, national governments and the United Nations should address the possible consequences of HAARP and other "non-lethal weapons" on climate change. The important debate on global warming under UN auspices provides but a partial picture of climate change; in addition to the devastating impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on the ozone layer, the World's climate can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated "non-lethal weapons." Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the World's climate. Despite a vast body of scientific knowledge, the issue of deliberate climatic manipulations for military use has never been explicitly part of the UN agenda on climate change. Neither the official delegations nor the envi ronmental action groups participating in the Hague Conference on Climate Change (CO6) (November 2000) have raised the broad issue of "weather warfare" or "Environmental Modification techniques (ENMOD)" as relevant to an understanding of climate change. HAARP AS A WEAPON OF WARFARE World renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell confirms that "US military scientists … are working on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods include the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth's atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods." Already in the 1970s, former National Security adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski had foreseen in his book "Between Two Ages" that: "Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised... Techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm." 22
The military has had about 20 years to work on weather warfare methods, which it euphemistically calls weather modification. US Department of Defense sampled lightning and hurricane manipulation studies in Project Skyfire and Project Stormfury. And they looked at some complicated technologies that would give big effects. "Angels Don't Play This HAARP" cites an expert who says the military studied both lasers and chemicals which they figured could damage the ozone layer over an enemy. Looking at ways to cause earthquakes, as well as to detect them, was part of the project named Prime Argus, decades ago. The money for that came from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), now under the acronym ARPA (Advanced Research Projects Agency). In 1994, the US Air Force revealed its Spacecast 2020 master plan, which includes weather control. Scientists have experimented with weather control since the 1940s, but Spacecast 2020 noted that "using environmental modification techniques to destroy, damage or injure another state [is] prohibited". Having said that, the Air Force claimed that advances in technology "compels a re-examination of this sensitive and potentially risky topic". Marc Filterman, a former French military officer, outlines several types of "unconventional weapons" using radio frequencies. He refers to "weather war," indicating that the U.S. and the Soviet Union had already "mastered the know-how needed to unleash sudden climate changes (hurricanes, drought) in the early 1980s." These technologies make it "possible to trigger atmospheric disturbances by using Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radar [waves]."
A simulation study of future defense "scenarios" commissioned for the United States Air Force calls for: "US aerospace forces to 'own the weather' by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications” 23

modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary… In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels. The military knows how it intends to use this technology and has made it clear in their documents. The military has deliberately misled the public through sophisticated word manipulation, deception, and outright disinformation. The Military Says That The HAARP System Could: •
give the military a tool to replace the electromagnetic pulse effect of atmospheric thermonuclear devices (still considered a viable option by the military through at least 1986);

replace the huge Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) submarine communication system operating in Michigan and Wisconsin with a new and more compact technology;
•
be used to replace the over-the-horizon radar system that was once planned for the current location of HAARP, with a more flexible and accurate system;
•
provide a way to wipe out communications over an extremely large area, while keeping the military's own communications systems working;
•
provide a wide-area Earth-penetrating tomography which, if combined with the computing abilities of EMASS and Cray computers, would make it possible to verify many parts of nuclear nonproliferation and peace agreements;
•
be a tool for geophysical probing to find oil, gas and mineral deposits over a large area; * be used to detect incoming low-level planes and cruise missiles, making other technologies obsolete.
•
Detection of electromagnetic seismic activity which may precede earthquakes -- and triggering of such activity.
•
Enhancement of or interference with communications, as well as development of new types of radio transmissions
•
Manipulation of weather patterns
•
Weapons-related (physical/psychological disablement) and mind control uses
•
Earth-penetrating tomography -- an X-ray like function which can reveal, for example, the existence of underground installations as well as oil or mineral deposits
•
Generation of gravitic waves, interdimensional time "portals" and other highly esoteric, relativistic phenomena

“Pushing the envelope" in terms of pumping electromagnetic energy into the ionosphere, just to see what happens.

The above abilities seem like a good idea to all who believe in sound national defense and to those concerned about cost-cutting. However, the possible uses which the HAARP records do not explain, and which can only be found in US Air Force, Army, Navy and other federal agency records, are alarming. Moreover, effects from the reckless use of these power levels in our natural shield-the ionosphere-could be cataclysmic, according to some scientists. The mental-disruption possibilities for HAARP are the most disturbing. The following statement was made more than 25 years ago in a book which Brzezinski wrote while a professor at Columbia University: "Political strategists are tempted to exploit research on the brain and human behavior. Geophysicist Gordon J. F. MacDonald-specialist in problems of warfare-says accurately-timed, artificially-excited electronic strokes 'could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the Earth... In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period...' No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages, to some the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades." 24
In 1966, MacDonald was a member of the President's Science Advisory Committee and later a member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality. He published papers on the use of environmental control technologies for military purposes. The most profound comment he made as a geophysicist was: "The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy." 25
While yesterday's geophysicists predicted today's advances, are HAARP program managers delivering on the vision? The geophysicists recognized that adding energy to the environmental soup could have large effects. However, humankind has already added substantial amounts of electromagnetic energy into our environment without understanding what might constitute critical mass. The book “Angels Don’t Play this HAARP” by Begich and Manning raises questions. Have these additions been without effect, or is there a cumulative amount beyond which irreparable damage can be done? Is HAARP another step in a journey from which we cannot turn back? Are we about to embark on another energy experiment which unleashes another set of demons from Pandora's box? As early as 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski predicted a "more controlled and directed society" would gradually appear, linked to technology. This society would be dominated by an elite group which impresses voters by allegedly superior scientific know-how. Angels Don't Play This HAARP further quotes Brzezinski: "Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Technical and scientific momentum would then feed on the situation it exploits," 26

His forecasts proved accurate. Today, a number of new tools for the "elite" are emerging, and the temptation to use them increases steadily. The policies to permit the tools to be used are already in place. How could the United States be changed, bit by bit, into the predicted highly-controlled techno society? Among the 'stepping stones' Brzezinski expected were persisting social crises and use of the mass media to gain the public's confidence. In another document prepared by the government, the US Air Force claims: "The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations... Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these cases the EM (electromagnetic) systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. In addition, the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat-ineffective. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they can provide coverage over large areas with a single system. They are silent, and countermeasures to them may be difficult to develop... One last area where electromagnetic radiation may prove of some value is in enhancing abilities of individuals for anomalous phenomena." 27
Do these comments point to uses already somewhat developed? The author of the government report refers to an earlier Air Force document about the uses of radio-frequency radiation in combat situations. (Here, Begich and Manning note that HAARP is the most versatile and the largest radio-frequency radiation transmitter in the world.) The United States congressional record deals with the use of HAARP for penetrating the Earth with signals bounced off the ionosphere. These signals are used to look inside the planet to a depth of many kilometers in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. For 1996 the US Senate has set aside US$15 million to develop this ability alone: Earth-penetrating tomography. The problem is that the frequency needed for Earth-penetrating radiations is within the frequency range most cited for disruption of human mental functions. It may also have profound effects on migration patterns of fish and wild animals which rely on an undisturbed energy field to find their routes. As if electromagnetic pulses in the sky and mental disruption were not enough, Eastlund bragged that the super-powerful ionospheric heater could control weather. Begich and Manning brought to light government documents indicating that the military has weather-control technology. When HAARP is eventually built to its full power level, it could create weather effects over entire hemispheres. If one government experiments with the world's weather patterns, what is done in one place will impact everyone else on the planet. "Angels Don't Play This HAARP" explains a principle behind some of Nikola Tesla's inventions - resonance which affects planetary systems. THE DANGERS OF HAARP Physicist Daniel Winter, Ph.D., of Waynesville, North Carolina, says HAARP high-frequency emissions can couple with long wave (low frequency or ELF) pulses the Earth grid uses to distribute information as vibrations to synchronize dances of life in the biosphere. Dan terms this geomagnetic action "Earth's information bloodstream", and says it is likely that coupling of HAARP HF (high frequency) with natural ELF (extremely low frequency) can cause unplanned, unsuspected side-effects. David Yarrow of Albany, New York, is a researcher with a background in electronics. He described possible interactions of HAARP radiations with the ionosphere and Earth's magnetic grid:

"HAARP will not burn 'holes' in the ionosphere. That is a dangerous understatement of what HAARP's giant gigawatt beam will do. Earth is spinning relative to thin electric shells of the multilayer membrane of 'ionospheres' that absorb and shield Earth's surface from intense solar radiation, including charged particle storms in solar winds erupting from the Sun. Earth's axial spin means that HAARP, in a burst lasting more than a few minutes, will slice through the ionosphere like a microwave knife. This produces not a hole, but a long tear, or incision.” 28
Among other researchers quoted is Paul Schaefer of Kansas City. His degree is in electrical engineering and he spent four years building nuclear weapons. "One might compare the abnormal energetic state of the Earth and its atmosphere to a car battery which has become overcharged with the normal flow of energy jammed up, resulting in hot spots, electrical arcing, physical cracks and general turbulence as the pent-up energy tries to find some place to go." 28
In a second analogy, Schaefer says: "Unless we desire the death of our planet, we must end the production of unstable particles which are generating the Earth's fever. A first priority to prevent this disaster would be to shut down all nuclear power plants and end the testing of atomic weapons, electronic warfare and 'Star Wars'." 29
Meanwhile, the military builds its biggest ionospheric heater yet, to deliberately create more instabilities in a huge plasma layer, the ionosphere, and to rev up the energy level of charged particles. HAARP TRIGGER FOR EARTHQUAKES One of the more covert of HAARP's seemingly countless agendas is that HAARP transmissions can be used for detecting and monitoring electromagnetic or "plasma" phenomena which are precursors of seismic activity and tectonic movement; indications are that HAARP transmissions can be (and conceivably are being) used to activate or trigger exactly these same electromagnetic conditions which can cause tectonic movement--in other words, HAARP potentially has the ability to cause earthquakes! Certainly such a capability is equally as disturbing as nearly everything else about HAARP, and judging by how other of the technology's capabilities have been applied, it will also likely be applied in a similarly malevolent manner. I don't really even want to follow that line of thinking too far, but the implications are clear--and very frightening. It seems that HAARP signals are being picked up by weather radar systems as referred to above. This has been noted in conjunction with some unusual earthquake activity as well; notably at the China Lakes Naval Air Warfare Center in Southern California, where the quakes have been numbering around 100 per day for weeks now and radar images have often shown what seem to be major weather disturbances--yet concurrently the weather satellite shots of the area and local weather conditions reports prove that the skies at these times have been generally calm and clear! Again, it has become clear that HAARP is evolving into an all-purpose, kill-many-birds-with-one-stone (and lots of real birds too!) command, control and communication systems technology, for use by the controllers of what's been termed the New World Order, to ensure maximum compliance from the population and maximum technological superiority for the rulers in the reign of the New World Order-beginning now.

GEOENGINEERING Geoengineering is the artificial modification of Earth's climate systems through two primary ideologies, Solar Radiation Management (SRM) and Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR): 1- Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) and seqeustration. This is artificial trees, ocean fertilization etc. These projects are declassified for the most part. 2- Solar Radiation Management (SRM), controlling sunlight before it reaches the planet. A- Stratospheric Aerosol Geo-Engineering (SAG-SRM) is the PROPOSED artificial modification of Earth's climate systems using reflective nano-materials (aerosols) to reflect sunlight. The aerosols are dispersed via jet aircraft trails that expand into reflective artificial clouds. The reflective material of choice is aluminium. B- Chemtrailing is the public's term for the CLASSIFIED ONGOING artificial modification of Earth's climate systems using reflective nano-materials (aerosols) to reflect sunlight. Chemtrailing has other classified intentions, the foremost being rapid weather modification, the weapon of weapons. A foreign power can be brought to its knees through drought and famine rather than soldier's boots on the ground. Other uses of chemtrailing include biological and chemical warfare. Aerosol death can be deployed over years or days, as a biological or chemical warfare delivery system. Weapons scientists have already admitted to conceptualizing geoengineering as a weapon. Several government agencies, including the Air Force, have released denials to civilian chemtrail research. Many people find it hard to believe that the government would be involved in any secret program or experiments that would harm the public. The evidence is to the contrary. Both high ranking officials with the CIA and the FBI have come forward about the chemtrail program. Over the past decade and more, long white trails emanating from jet planes have been seen lingering in the skies all over the planet, often expanding and merging to form vast swathes of artificial cloud cover.

These trails are clearly not water vapour contrails, which evaporate after several minutes. They remain overhead for long extended periods of time, often culminating in strange grid like formations. Now they have people asking some serious questions. Research indicates that the trails are part of various geoengineering programs, to such an extent that even the United Nations environmental agenda has now recognized the danger of geoengineering. In October 2010, Reuters one of the most powerful media corporation in the world published an article titled “U.N. urged to freeze climate geo-engineering projects”. The article was based on a UN environmental meeting which took place in Japan in 2010 which addressed the fact that some countries regard geo-engineering projects costing billions of dollars as a way to control climate change by cutting the amount of sunlight hitting the earth or soaking up excess greenhouse gas emissions, particularly carbon dioxide. "It's absolutely inappropriate for a handful of governments in industrialized countries to make a decision to try geoengineering without the approval of all the world's support," 30
Pat Mooney, from Canada-headquartered advocacy organization ETC Group, told Reuters on the sidelines of the October 18-29 meeting. Independent green groups have stated "The United Nations should impose a moratorium on "geo-engineering" projects such as artificial volcanoes and vast cloud-seeding schemes to fight climate change, green groups say, fearing they could harm nature and mankind." 31
Whilst chemtrails was not specifically referenced during this meeting some of the geo-engineering schemes to be addressed in 2013 included the following: •

Ocean fertilization. Large areas are sprinkled with iron or other nutrients to artificially spur growth of phytoplankton, which soak up carbon dioxide. But this could trigger harmful algal blooms, soak up nutrients and kill fish and other animals. Spray seawater into the atmosphere to increase the reflectivity and condensation of clouds so they bounce more sunlight back into space. Placing trillions of tiny solar reflectors out in space to cut the amount of sunlight reaching the Earth. Artificial volcanoes. Tiny sulfate particles or other materials are released into the stratosphere to reflect sunlight, simulating the effect of a major volcanic eruption. Carbon capture and storage. Supported by a number of governments and involves capturing CO2 from power stations, refineries and natural gas wells and pumping it deep underground.
However small group of leading climate scientists, financially supported by billionaires including Bill Gates, are lobbying governments and international bodies to back experiments into manipulating the climate on a global scale to avoid catastrophic climate change. The scientists, who advocate geoengineering methods such as spraying millions of tonnes of reflective particles of sulphur dioxide 30 miles above earth, argue that a "plan B" for climate change will be needed if the UN and politicians cannot agree to making the necessary cuts in greenhouse gases, and say the US government and others should pay for a major programme of international research. Solar geoengineering techniques are highly controversial: while some climate scientists believe they may prove a quick and relatively cheap way to slow global warming, others fear that when conducted in the upper atmosphere, they could irrevocably alter rainfall patterns and interfere with the earth's climate. Geoengineering is opposed by many environmentalists, who say the technology could undermine efforts to reduce emissions, and by developing countries who fear it could be used as a weapon or by rich countries to their advantage. In 2010, the UN Convention on Biological Diversity declared a moratorium on experiments in the sea and space, except for small-scale scientific studies. Concern is now growing that the small but influential group of scientists, and their backers, may have a disproportionate effect on major decisions about geoengineering research and policy. "We will need to protect ourselves from vested interests [and] be sure that choices are not influenced by parties who might make significant amounts of money through a choice to modify climate, especially using proprietary intellectual property," 32
said Jane Long, director at large for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the US, in a paper delivered to a 2010 geoengineering conference on ethics. "The stakes are very high and scientists are not the best people to deal with the social, ethical or political issues that geoengineering raises," 32
said Doug Parr, chief scientist at Greenpeace. "The idea that a self-selected group should have so much influence is bizarre." There are many connections between geoengineers, their sponsors, and eugenics money. Bill Gates funds the two most widely known geoengineers. Professors David Keith, of Harvard University, and Ken Caldeira of Stanford, are the world's two leading advocates of major research into geoengineering the upper atmosphere to provide earth with a reflective shield. They have so far received over $4.6m from Gates to run the Fund for Innovative Climate and Energy Research (Ficer). Nearly half Ficer's money, which comes directly from Gates's personal funds, has so far been used for their own research, but the rest is disbursed by them to fund the work of other advocates of large-scale interventions.

According to statements of financial interests, Keith receives an undisclosed sum from Bill Gates each year, and is the president and majority owner of the geoengineering company Carbon Engineering, in which both Gates and Edwards have major stakes – believed to be together worth over $10m. As well as Gates, other wealthy individuals including Sir Richard Branson, tar sands magnate Murray Edwards and the co-founder of Skype, Niklas Zennström, have funded a series of official reports into future use of the technology. Branson, who has frequently called for geoengineering to combat climate change, helped fund the Royal Society's inquiry into solar radiation management last year through his Carbon War Room charity. It is not known how much he contributed. In assessing the risks of various geoengineering techniques, Alan Robock, a professor at Rutgers University ON November 5th, 2009 made a testimony before the House Committee on Science and Technology, and focusing on Solar Radiation Management technology, he lists seventeen risks. 1) SRM could produce drought in Asia and Africa, threatening the food and water supply for billions of people. [Practical racism aside, the Earth’s atmosphere is a closed system. What goes around, comes around. BH] 2) It will not halt continued ocean acidification from CO2. 3) It would deplete ozone. 4) It would increase dangerous ultraviolet radiation. 5) With SRM the reduction of direct solar radiation and the increase in diffuse radiation would make the sky less blue and produce much less solar power from systems using focused sunlight. [I feel compelled, by my own passionate nature, to comment on the dispassionate delivery of this death sentence! BH] 6) Any system to inject particles or their precursors into the stratosphere at the needed rate would have large local environmental impacts. 7) If discontinued there would be much more rapid warming, much more rapid than would occur without geoengineering 8) If a series of volcanic eruptions produced unwanted cooling, geoengineering could not be stopped rapidly to compensate. 9) Geoengineering would put permanent pollution above astronomers’ telescopes. 10) There will be unexpected consequences. 11) There will be human error with sophisticated technical systems. 12) Geoengineering would lessen the public will to address climate change with mitigation. [This could be #1, if prioritizing by common sense remediation.] 13) Do humans have the right to control the climate of the entire planet to benefit them, without consideration of all other species? 14) Potential military use of geoengineering technology raises ethical concerns. 15) What if some benefit from geoengineering technology while others are harmed? 16) Who would control geoengineering systems? 17) The costs of implementing geoengineering would be less than the costs associated with the potential damages of geoengineering. It is important to add two more problems caused by impeding sunlight from reaching Earth: 18) SRM will affect physical and mental health. The Dimming of the Sun and increasing manmade cloud cover are already associated with a rise in Ricketts and other vitamin-D-deficiency diseases, as well as depression and asthma. 19) SRM will affect life processes (including photosynthesis) which are vital to agriculture, forestry, other naturalresource-based industries and all natural systems.
In Revelation 16:8 is an interesting description of one of the vials of judgement that is poured out on the earth during the reign of the Antichrist. The scripture states “And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire”
Could it be possible that man’s continual playing around with the earths atmosphere whether through geoengineering or HAARP could lead to the protective layer eventually being destroyed and leading to significant consequences for the planet as earth is bombarded with harmful radiation from the sun. 13. STARGATE TECHNOLOGY Since the end of the first Gulf War a major initiative known as expolitics has provided a growing body of evidence that the decision by the US government to go to war against Iraq has been largely influenced by rumours that the Iraqi government at the time were desperately trying to locate a stargate which they had been informed was somewhere buried within the southern Iraq peninsula. The location of Iraq in regards to a Stargate is interesting. The strongest available evidence for an historical ET presence in Iraq comes from cuneiform tablets directly recording the beliefs and activities of the ancient Sumerians whose civilization began almost overnight in 3800 BC. Most of these cuneiform tablets relate stories of the Sumerians interacting with their 'gods'. Most archaeologists initially accepted that these were merely myths and attached little importance to them other than giving insight into the mytho-religious beliefs of the ancient Sumerians. That viewpoint received a major challenge in 1976 when the Sumerian scholar, Zecharia Sitchin, published the first of a series of books on his translations of thousands of Sumerian tablets. Rather than treating the stories of the gods as myths that had little empirical relevance, Sitchin interpreted the tablets as literal descriptions of events as they occurred in the time. Sitchin's translations of Sumerian cuneiform tablets revealed precise information on a range of topics that he argues could not have been possible for a civilization at the initial stages of its development with no obvious predecessor civilization to borrow from. According to Sitchin, the Sumerians had detailed knowledge of all the planets in the solar system, understood the precession of the equinoxes, and also had an understanding of complex medical procedures. As to where they could have gained this detailed knowledge, Sitchin's translations suggest that the Sumerians provided a clear answer for its ultimate source. They revealed in their tablets that all their knowledge came from a race of extra-terrestrial visitors the 'Anunnaki' ('those who from heaven to Earth came'. Another independent archaeologist that discusses a direct link between the ancient ET presence in Sumer (southern Iraq) and current US focus on the regime of Saddam Hussein, is William Henry. Henry's main thesis is that there existed in Sumerian times a technological device which he describes as a 'Stargate', that the Anunnaki/Nephilim used to travel back and forth from their home-world and the Earth, and also how they travel around the galaxy. Henry focuses on the following scene described by Sitchin's interpretation of a cuneiform tablet of an Uruk ritual text: “Depictions have been found that show divine beings flanking a temple entrance and holding up poles to which ringlike objects are attached. The celestial nature of the scene is indicated by the inclusion of the symbols of the Sun and the Moon.... depicting Enlil and Enki flanking a gateway through which Anu is making a grand entrance.” 33
Rather than a simple temple scene involving the chief Anunnaki of the Sumerians, Anu and his two sons, Enlil and Enki, Henry proposes that the above scene represents a transportation device used by Anu and others from the elite Anunnaki. If so, then such a device is most likely located in the Sumerian city of Uruk which was the founding city of the Sumerian civilization and the home of Gilgamesh, the famed king of the Epic of Gilgamesh.

According to Henry, Sitchin, and authors such as David Childress who discuss the various technologies used by ETs and ancient civilizations, missed the significance of the Stargate in their own translations of the above texts and investigations of ET transportation. Both operated in a conventional paradigm where transportation occurs through rocket propelled vehicles. Sitchin focuses on rocket propelled spacecraft in his description of the Anunnaki and their various trips to and from the Earth. For example, describing the transportation used by the Anunnaki in moving between their earth and space based locations, Sitchin wrote: "The texts reveal that three hundred of them - The "Anunnaki of Heaven," or Igig - were true astronauts who stayed aboard the spacecraft without actually landing on Earth. Orbiting Earth, these spacecraft launched and received the shuttle craft to and from Earth." 33
It therefore can be concluded that there were two forms of transportation used by the Anunnaki. One was a form of rocket technology familiar to us which was used by the resident Anunnaki on Earth who Sitchin, described as the "rank and file Anunnaki" who administered the Earth and humanity according to the dictates of their space based compatriots. The other transportation technology was the Stargate which supposdely was used only by the highest class of Anunnaki, who dispensed the tasks of harvesting the Earth's resources to the resident and space based Anunnaki (lessor gods/rebel angels). However it is not only Iraq where there has been rumours about a stargate. The Gulf of Aden has also been a possible site due to secrets documents leaked by Julian Assange at Wikileaks. The Gulf of Aden is situated in the Arabian sea, (now part of the Suez canal sea route), between Yemen and Somalia - where once upon a time the Arabian peninsula was locked into the African continent. When they separated, a body of water was created, enabling a passage connecting Europe, Asia and Africa via sea. That was thousands of years ago. Aden is an area believed by some to be the place where Cain and Abel were buried. It is also believed to be the biblical garden of Eden. Today the Gulf of Aden is one of the most vital waterways in the world located in the Arabian Sea between Yemen, on the south coast of the Arabian Peninsula, and Somalia in the Horn of Africa that sees over 21,000 ships sailing through its waters each year.

In June 2008 the United Nations Security Council had voted to allow countries to send warships to the area to protect against the growing Somali piracy threat and then in 2010, Wikileaks released a ton of diplomatic cables, including some from Russian Admiral Maksimov. According to the leak, US scientists began noticing the “formation” of this vortex in late 2000, after which the Americans established a base of operations on the Horn of Africa in Djibouti, the capital and largest city of the Republic of Djibouti. After the 9/11 attacks on America, Djibouti then became the home of the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) which is a joint task force of United States Africa Command. The leaks then go onto to state that in late 2008, the vortex started to expand. This, it appears, caused the USA to send an extraordinary warning to the rest of the world and in response the following nations poured their military resources into the area including the following: Royal Australian Navy, Belgian Navy, Bulgarian Navy, Canadian Navy, Peoples Liberation Navy (China), Royal Danish Navy, French Navy, German Navy, Greek Navy, Indian Navy, Islamic Republic of Iran Navy, Italian Navy, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, Republic of Korea (South Korea) Navy, Royal Malaysian Navy, Royal Netherlands Navy, Pakistan Navy, Portuguese Navy, Royal Saudi Navy, Russian Navy, Republic of Singapore Navy, Spanish Navy, Swedish Navy, Royal Thai Navy, Turkish Navy, British Royal Navy and the United States Navy. Using the pretext that these Naval Forces were needed to protect the Gulf of Aden from Somalia pirates [who are actually nothing more than lightly armed youngsters looking for food since this mysterious vortex has destroyed their fishing waters], Admiral Maksimov states in this report that this build up is the largest of its kind in human history and that Russia is “prepared” to join with the Americans to “defeat” what many world officials believe is an attack upon our planet by “forces” previously unknown, but described as possibly being “inter-dimensional” or “extra-terrestrial”. So dangerous had WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange become after this leak that Interpol has issued a ‘red notice’ arrest warrant for his immediate capture in order to prevent him from releasing the entire US “Gulf of Aden Vortex” file he currently has in his possession. In December 2011 The WikiLeaks founder was given permission by the UK Supreme Court to appeal against his extradition to Sweden where he could face rape and sexual assault allegations. But his supporters claim that sending him to Sweden would place him under "temporary surrender", putting him at threat of a fast-track extradition to the US, where prosecutors are considering charging him over the release of confidential documents. A number of prominent political figures have called for him to be assassinated, and Joe Biden, the VicePresident, has called him a 'high-tech terrorist'. As to what is contained in the United States secret “Gulf of Aden Vortex” file that WikiLeaks has in its possession and is threatening to release it is not in our knowing. The magnetic anomaly in the areas was causing scientists to question the whole plate tectonic and continental drift theory opening up the door to the possibility of the “expanding earth” theory and the “hollow earth” theory. However one of the most controversial explanations is that deep under water in the earth itself this is the location of fallen angel’s who had been imprisoned from the antediluvian era and that an actual Seagate is opening up which is leading to significant geological activity in the region. According to the book of Enoch after the flood, when most but not all of the Nephilim offspring and hybrid mutations were destroyed, the 300 former "watchers" were confined inside the Earth, in a prison from which they could not escape. Jude refers to them, quoting directly from the book of Enoch, when he says "the angels who are chained in eternal darkness, awaiting the judgement of the great day."
Around the world an interesting story is repeated about “the god” of heaven warring with “the dragon” of the sea during both the beginning and ending of time. In what may be the oldest book in all of human history, we find abundant physical details of the Great Dragon in the sea who is the king of “all the children of pride” (Lucifer/Satan) and who cannot be mastered by any other than God alone. In the litanies of the witches’ Sabbath, this Leviathan is ranked, together with Lucifer and Baalzebub, as an equal member of the supreme trinity of evil. Bible prophecy indicates final conflict between God and this Dragon as unfinished business which resumes at the end of time. Therefore, according to Scripture, a powerful spirit—literally a dragon—lurks beneath the waters (or is bound in the great seas) awaiting a future time (a gate opening?) when final conflict will be engaged between itself and the Creator God. In Isaiah, we read of this: Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain. In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish Leviathan the piercing serpent, even Leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea. (Is. 26.20-27.1)
Not only were the Russians involved in the Wikileak story about the Gulf of Aden but they were also again involved in another Wikileak story in which a report was prepared for Prime Minister Putin by the Russian foreign military intelligence directorate stating that President Obama and US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates were put into what the Americans call their “2012 ALICE Bunker” in December 2009 after the mysterious appearance of what has become known as the “Norway Spiral”.

The subject identifier NORWAY: CI/KR RESPONSE FOR USNORTHCOM means this cable is a Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CI/KR) report from the US Embassy in Oslo to the United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM). 14. CERN – EUROPEAN ORGANIZATION FOR NUCLEAR RESEARCH CERN is the Earth’s largest particle physics lab, situated in northwest Geneva on the border of France and Switzerland. Essentially it is a huge particle accelerator complex, using electric fields to propel particles to super high speeds and contain them. CERN operates a cluster of 6 particle accelerators, 1 decelerator and multiple particle detectors. CERN is a European super-project with 20 core European signatory countries (including UK, France, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Sweden, The Netherlands) and a group of international countries (America, Israel, Japan, Russia, India etc.) participating with so called ‘observer’ status. Over 7900 scientists and engineers (about half the global particle physics community) work on experiments conducted at CERN. One may remember that CERN was a key participant in the movie “Angels and Demons” where it had been responsible for creating the “God Particle”.
Most recent activities have been directed towards the new Large Hadron Collider (LHC). The LHC is located in a circular tunnel 100 metres underground, between Geneva Airport and the nearby Jura mountains. A 17 mile circumference ring houses two pipes enclosed within superconducting magnets cooled by liquid helium. Each pipe contains a separate proton beam, each travelling in opposite directions around the ring. Additional magnets are used to direct the beams to four intersection points where interactions between them will take place. In total, over 1600 superconducting magnets are installed, with most weighing over 27 tonnes. It is a 21st century ouroboros; the mystical symbol of infinity, the alchemical symbol of purification. The officially stated function of CERN is to provide infrastructure for high-energy physics research. One goal of the LHC is to establish the existence of the "Higgs Boson" particle. It is thought that the Higgs Boson is what gives matter "mass". To observe it, the LHC was involved in colliding Hadrons (specifically Protons) together at unimaginably high speeds. Six principle experiments at the LHC (named ALICE, ATLAS, TOTEM, CMS, LHCb, and LHCf) aimed to explore fundamental elements of existence areas such as gravity, mass, matter, antimatter, the origins of the universe and extra dimensions of spacetime.

To quote CERN’s own published documentation: "Some theories suggest that, beyond the three spatial dimensions we experience, our Universe has some extra dimensions. These have finite size, so they are curved onto themselves, for instance in the shape of a circle (although, for more than one extra dimension, more complicated geometries are possible)." 34 “To really detect the extra dimension one needs to probe it with particles with a very high energy. In quantum mechanics, the larger the energy of the particle, the smaller its effective size is. So to detect a small dimension, one needs particles of very high energy. The extra dimensions are actually so small that even our largest particle accelerators have not produced particles of enough energy to see them. However, in some theories, the sizes of the extra dimensions are ... just large enough for particles in the LHC at CERN to be able to detect them.” 34 “There are theories that suggest that the matter particles we are made of cannot propagate on the extra dimensions. In these theories, the only way to detect the extra dimensions is by using gravitational interactions. The strength of gravity in the 5-dimensional (or higher-dimensional) description is much more intense than in four dimensions, hence we predict the possibility of creating black holes in collisions in the LHC. These events would be spectacular, with the black hole decaying almost immediately into a shower of many particles, and would allow us to test the properties of quantum gravity in accelerators. In any of these two possible scenarios, the detection of the existence of extra dimensions would be an unprecedented discovery, and an astonishing insight into the nature of the Universe!” 34
Some are more nervous than others about the experiments conducted at the Large Hadron Collider. The concerned voices focus on the possibility that the LHC could create mini black holes that may last long enough to get out of control and start eating things up. The formation of black hole analogs on Earth (in particle accelerators) has been reported. They act like black holes because of the correspondence between the theory of the strong nuclear force and the quantum theory of gravity. It is presently unknown whether the much more energetic LHC would be capable of producing the speculative large extra dimension micro black hole, as many theorists have suggested. In theory, Hawking Radiation means that any arising black holes will evaporate in Femtoseconds (not long at all), not enough to accrete mass or cause problems. Former nuclear safety officer Walter L. Wagner has been raising safety questions for years. In March 2008, Wagner and another critic of the LHC's safety measures, Luis Sancho, filed a lawsuit in Hawaii's U.S. District Court. The suit calls on the U.S. Department of Energy, Fermilab, the National Science Foundation and CERN to ease up on their LHC preparations for several months while the collider's safety is reassessed. However, similar law suits have failed in the past and have not prevented the LHC from proceeding. CERN project managers and leading physicists are dismissive of any significant risks. They claim particle collisions “cannot create dangerous things.” A top boffin at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) says that the titanic machine may possibly create or discover previously unimagined scientific phenomena, or "unknown unknowns" - for instance "an extra dimension". "Out of this door might come something, or we might send something through it,"

said Sergio Bertolucci, who is Director for Research and Scientific Computing at CERN. The LHC, built inside a 27-km circular subterranean tunnel deep beneath the Franco-Swiss border outside Geneva, functions like a sort of orbital motorway for extremely high-speed hadrons - typically either protons or lead ions.

The differences are, firstly, that the streams of particles are moving at velocities within a whisker of light speed - such that each stream has as much energy in it as a normal car going at 1000mph. Secondly, the beams are arranged in such fashion that the two streams swerve through one another occasionally, which naturally results in huge numbers of incredibly violent head-on collisions. These collisions are sufficiently violent that they are expected to briefly create conditions similar to those obtaining countless aeons ago, not long after the Big Bang, when the entire universe was still inconceivably small - it was smaller than a proton for quite some time, seemingly, still with all the stuff that nowadays makes up all the supra-enormity of space and galaxies and so forth packed in somehow. Dr Steve Myers, a director of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), which built the collider, said the machine would close at the end of a 2011. Dr Myers told the BBC that the faults will delay the machine reaching its full potential of 14TeV for two years. "It's something that, with a lot more resources and with a lot more manpower and quality control, possibly could have been avoided but I have difficulty in thinking that this is something that was a design error," 36 he said. "The standard phrase is that the LHC is its own prototype. We are pushing technologies towards their limits." 36
CERN has not been without controversy. Aside from its link to the Norwegian spiral of 2009 the project was also linked to a strange event which took place in Iraq in 2008. A strange report began circulating in the Kremlin back in September 2008, stating that over 20 US Soldiers from the United States Army’s 716th Military Police Battalion, 101st Airborne Division, tasked with providing security for the ancient Iraqi city of Babylon, and based in the Iraqi city of Hilla, had committed ‘mass suicide’ after their attempt to ‘link’ what was described as an ancient ‘stargate’ to the CERN’s Large Hadron Collider. CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC) was reportedly being used as the ‘power source’ for this attempt to ‘contact the gods’ through this stargate, The mass suicide of US soldiers was also reported by Iran’s Press TV News Service: 37 “Iraqi security sources have revealed that 21 US troops had committed suicide inside a former Iraqi air force base”
Fars News Agency reported. According to the sources, the 21 troops were treated in a hospital but only five soldiers had survived and were in a critical condition. Security officials said they used potent narcotics to kill themselves. "The bodies of the US troops became misshapen [in] such a way that they looked like 5000-year mummies," 37

Another controversial situation concerning CERN took place 18th June 2004 at the 128th session of the CERN council, in which a 2m statue of the hindu dancing goddess Shiva was unveiled at CERN. A special plaque next to the Shiva statue explains the significance of the metaphor of Shiva's cosmic dance with quotations from Capra: "Hundreds of years ago, Indian artists created visual images of dancing Shivas in a beautiful series of bronzes. In our time, physicists have used the most advanced technology to portray the patterns of the cosmic dance. The metaphor of the cosmic dance thus unifies ancient mythology, religious art and modern physics." 38
What the plaque didn’t mention was that Shiva is known as the god of destruction The Council meeting closed with a ceremony to unveil a statue offered to CERN by the Government of India as a symbol of India's long-standing relationship with CERN. Nataraja, the Cosmic Dancer, depicts a dancing Lord Shiva trampling ignorance. Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, Dr Anil Kakodkar, Chairman of the Indian Atomic Energy Commission and Secretary to the Government of India, expressed his satisfaction that “the Indian scientific community is part of the quest for understanding the Universe”. India's involvement with CERN dates back to the early 1960s. The use of Hinduism to symbolise CERN is of great importance since the occultic plan of the New Age Movement is based largely on eastern Hinduism in an irreversible connection between earth and the spiritual plane is a key concept. The occultic plan of the New Age Movement is ultimately intended to collectively build what is called the "antahkarana", defined as a mystical "planetary rainbow bridge", a spiritual definition of a technological stargate, created by the upward thrust of spiritual/mental energies from humanity at one end and the downward response of the Hierarchy at the other, which will eventually "unite Humanity and the Hierarchy". This rainbow bridge is built by a "science of manipulating incoming energies and outgoing forces." Once it is completed, the bridge will be "electrified" or "energised", and will serve as the avenue by which the Hierarchy can carry on "full planetary inter-communication" in order for Sanat Kumara (The New Age Movement tile for their Creator and head of the Hierarchy of spiritual masters) to direct world affairs. Curiously, "the Masters cannot and do not work on building this bridge without their chosen physical plane focal points", which Alice Bailey goes on to explain are the human channels: New Age change agents, working to bring "new and desirable trends in education." Alice A. Baily wrote “The Race and the Initiation”, “The Externalization of the Hierarchy” and, “Initiation, Human and Solar The Reappearance of the Christ. Bailey was also a previous president of the Theosophical Society and also founded the organization known as the Lucis Trust, which has counted as members men of great influence such as David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger, Paul Volker and George Schultz. As Barbara Marx Hubbard puts it, the completion of the Rainbow Bridge will mean the completion of planetary consciousness, in which all individuality will be surrendered. The transformation will trigger a kind of "birth". However, like the physical birth process, it's "dangerous, and there's nothing guaranteed"; it could lead to "a baby that kills the mother", in other words, "Armageddon". Or it could result in a "normal collective mass consciousness baby". But meanwhile, even progress towards it completion is believed to have an effect on human events. Hubbard implies that the Harmonic Convergence of 1987 made a great contribution toward the Bridge building, resulting in the collapse of Communism.
From Hubbard's point of view, the Bridge is being irrevocably pieced together, and its completion will be as irreversible as a birth. But from a different source, we learn that the complete bridge may also materialize briefly in history, only to dissolve again. Alice Bailey writes of a temporary formation of the Rainbow Bridge, and proudly points to an example of what happens when the "Shamballa" force has this kind of "unimpeded" access to humanity: "the planetary crisis" of "the World War (1914-1945) [sic]." That crisis was "beneficent" in several ways from a New Ager point of view, principally in that it flushed out "evil from its hidden place and brought the opposing forces challenging the Hierarchy to the surface of existence, prior to their 'sealing'." From Bailey's, or Djwahl Kuhl's, other remarks, we can be sure that Hitler's Nazism was not the "evil" being referred to here. We are told that the "sealing" of evil is "still being carried slowly forward", as the "antahkarana" nears its final completion. There have been other projects aside from CERN which also relate to stargate technology. The Looking Glass Project involved a back-engineered extra-terrestrial device originally designed to be a portal opening mechanism for stargate type travel - which had (has) the capacity to bend time/space so that events over the forward and rear event horizons could be viewed. When it is paired up with a second device using the settings, events can not only be viewed but heard and more. This device was also being tested for communications protocols and transportation applications as recently as 2003-2004 before being dismantled for safety reasons.
