Addendum #3 – Proposal #16000540 “Municipal Water Distribution System Optimization Engineering Services” – Due Date and Time 5/5/16 @ 3:00 pm

This addendum has been issued as notification of the scheduling of a Pre-Proposal Meeting for the purposes of viewing and discussing the current water distribution system and stimulating additional questions regarding further clarification of the scope of this proposal. The pre-proposal meeting will be held at the City of Flint’s Water Treatment Plant, 4500 N. Dort Highway on Thursday, April 21, 2016 @ 1:00 p.m. Attendance is not mandatory, but this will be the only scheduled site visit and opportunity for a face to face with the City of Flint prior to the due date of the proposal. All other existing documents, terms and conditions of this proposal remain in effect. Any additional questions regarding the proposal process may be addressed to this office.
