AN ORDINANCE: By the Neenah Plan Commission Re: Official Street Map Amendment removing and relocating a 66- foot street reservation located in part of the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ and a part of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 5, Township 20 North, Range 17 East, Town of Menasha, Winnebago County.

RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE

AN ORDINANCE The Common Council of the City of Neenah, Wisconsin, do ordain as follows: Section 1. That the Official Street Map as established by Section 26-30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Neenah is hereby amended by the following: By removing a street reservation, 66 feet in width, extending west from Allison Drive to the east right-of-way line of Irish Road. Said reservation beginning at the present terminus of Allison Drive, at the west edge of the 3rd Addition of High Plain Meadow; thence extending west to the east right-of-way line of Irish Road. Said reservation being in the Southeast ¼ and the Southwest ¼ of Section 5, Town 20 North, Range 17 East, Town of Menasha, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. By adding a street reservation 66-foot strip of land being part of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 5, Township 20 North, Range 17 East, Town of Menasha, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, the center line of land described as follows: Commencing at the West ¼ corner of Section 5; thence along the West line of the Southwest ¼ of said Section 5, S00°26’55”E, 1277.88 feet to a point 33.00 feet North of the South line of the Northwest ¼ of said Southwest ¼ also being the point of beginning; thence, parallel to said South line, N89°12’30”E, 1329.20 feet more or less to the centerline of a North/South officially mapped road said point also being the point of termination of said center line. Section 2. Repeal and Effective Date. All ordinances or parts of ordinances and resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.
