ORDINANCE NO. 4069 An ordinance to amend the Code of the City of Flint by amending Chapter 50 (Zoning) as requested by Baijas LLC (PC 15-291) for a CONDITIONAL ZONING change to the property located at 1721 James P. Cole Blvd1 Parcel No. 41-06-452-014, from “G” Heavy Manufacturing District to “F” Heavy Commercial Limited Manufacturing District with limiting use as a live auction and internet sales facility and all other manufacturing uses permitted by right and special conditional uses in the “E” Heavy Commercial Limited Manufacturing District. Pending final approval by the City of Flint Receivership Transition Advisory Board (RTAB), this ordinance shall become effective on the ]4~ day of November, 2015 A.D. subject to veto by the Mayor and/or City Administrator. -
