OPERATOR – Systems This is an Operator position that will work closely with the Lab Tech team. Working under the supervision of engineering staff, the Operator will operate industrialscale production equipment to produce, test, or modify materials, devices, or systems of macro-technology composition for aerosol jet systems development that dispenses a wide range of electronic materials with features as small as 20 microns. Aerosol jet system development may include the operating tasks of: • Printed 3D interconnects and RDLs • Component and die attach • Printed dielectrics, insulators and adhesives • MEMS bonding and insulative overcoats • Chip and board level shielding applications MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate processing systems or equipment. • Operate production equipment in accordance with appropriate standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, hazardous material restrictions, or health and safety requirements. • Watch operating equipment to detect malfunctions. • Control operations of equipment or systems. • Watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. • Monitor/Assess performance of systems to make improvements or take corrective action. • Possess the ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions. • Maintain work area according to processing standards. • Monitor equipment during operation to ensure adherence to specifications for characteristics such as pressure, temperature, or flow. • Record operational or production data. • Adjust equipment/temperature controls if applicable, as instructed. • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB Education: • High School Diploma • Associates degree preferred. Experience: • 2 yr. manufacturing and/or operations environment. • Experience in an operator type role. • Writing skills. TO APPLY: Please submit your resume or CV to
