Payments may be made in our office, by mail or on our website https://ochsner.force.com If you have lost or misplaced your membership card, the replacement cost is $5.00. Name badges can be purchased at a cost of $7.00. Parkinson’s disease & Rock Steady Boxing Some of you may have Parkinson’s disease or know someone that does. There is an exercise program known as “Rock Steady Boxing” which is recognized nationally for its remarkable success in improving the quality of life of those suffering from the disease. rd At our next Members’ Monthly Meeting, January 3 , there will be a brief presentation on the program.
