August 8 (Monday): Event Registration - GO Office (Center for Primary Care & Wellness) If unable to attend, mail in your Event Registration Form and a separate check for each event payable to “Golden Opportunity” with the event name in the memo section of your check. Effective immediately, we are accepting credit card payments for new memberships, membership renewals and events over $5.00. The Program Coordinator is the only person authorized to accept payments. If there is someone on the waiting list to take your place, that person will make their check payable to you and the check will be mailed to you via Golden Opportunity. Golden Opportunity has to guarantee payment to vendors for most events.
