BOL’S / LOAD TRACKING
Why important? Official
document detailing what is being shipped (remember, you’re accounting for town property) Very helpful in settling weight discrepancies or other issues
BOL’S / LOAD TRACKING
BOL “best practices” Make sure BOL has NRRA Rel # and any other reference/load #’s as necessary Note start/stop times Detail each commodity and # of bales/items shipped. Include weights if available Do not fill out bale counts/weight info until after finished loading! Make sure driver signs and give them a copy Send a copy to NRRA (include bale tallies if available - the more documentation we have, the better we can help you if there’s an issue)
Questions? BOL’s AVAILABLE ELECTRONICALLY @ WWW.NRRA.NET
