This is for information of all the Diploma students ( 2011-12 batch) that for the session 2012-13 they are advised to take Registration to the odd semester of the Higher classes after filling prescribed Registration Form obtainable from respective Departments w.e.f 30-07-2012. Failing which their name will not appear in the Roll list of the University. Registration is compulsory in each semester. 1.
The admission Schedule for the session 2012-13 for Diploma (2011-12 batch) courses are as follows:
The students have to register for the session 2012-13 on or before 01-08-2012 . From 02-08-2012 to 07-08-2012 the Registration Form will be accepted with late fee of Rs. 500/-. Thereafter no admission will be granted and student may be detained for the year. Admission will be opened only for odd semester. ,Regular classes \lvill start on 30-07-2012 I
2. Procedure for Admission:
The students should fill the registration form obtainable from Respective Departments and complete the following formalities: 1. Please check· the dues list displayed on Notice Board before star,ding in the queue for submitting Reg~stration forms. 2. If there are any dues, collect the No dues form from Academic Counter and Clear the dues. 3. After clearing the dues students are advised to collect thE! Registration form from their respective Department. 4. After filling the Registration form Students must submit the form in the Department to their respective Class Counselors. 5. Also fill the attached Roll No. slip which will be used as admit card for the end term exam. Paste your photograph on the Roll No. slip in the space provided.
