Not-For-Profit Law We have an uncommon depth of experience assisting not-for-profit organizations, such as private foundations and public charities, in all stages and aspects of their operations. Our ability to counsel the not-for-profit sector is enhanced by our attorneys, who serve as members of the Board of Directors of many not-for-profit organizations, including chairing such organizations.
