Sealed Quotations are invited from the bonafide dealers/suppliers/ manufacturer for supply of laboratory instruments/equipments for the Department of Zoology, Tripura University. Quotations must reach to the office of the Finance Officer on or before 02.06.2015 (during office hours). Sealed cover of the Quotation should be marked on the top of the envelope as 'Quotation for supply of laboratory instruments/equipments for the Department of Zoology'. 1. Delivery: Delivery of goods at Tripura University, Suryamaninagar, within 60 (Sixty) days from the issuing date of Supply Order. If the firm fails to deliver the goods within the stipulated time, it must inform the reasons of delay. The purchaser reserves the right to cancel the order in absence of sufficient reasons for delay after expiry of initial 60 days. 2.

Payment terms: 100% payment shall be paid against del ivery, installation and satisfactory performance of all item(s). Successful bidder will have to deposit 5% as security deposit of quoted value till expiry of warranty period; else 5% will be deducted from bill value at the time of payment. In case payment is to be made by Demand DraftlRTGS, the charge will be borne by the supplier. .

No quotation will be accepted without valid Registration No.!Service Tax Number allotted by the Authorities.

Tripura University reserved the right to reject any/all quotation(s) without explaining any reason.

Department reserve the right to choose or select the product according to their requirements. Lowest price may not be only criteria.

Items quoted must contain the company name, warranty and items code clearly in the submitted quotation. Price should be detailed with per piece rate and total amount as per quantity.

For further details suppliers may contact to the Head of the respective department.

If quotation reference number and Department Name (for which department quoted for) are not mentioned in the top of the sealed envelope submitted by the bidders, the quotations will be treated as incomplete.

10. Rates quoted should be on F.O.R. Tripura University at the working site on DOOR DELIVERY BASIS and include costs of installation if any. 11. Quotations must be submitted to the office of the Finance Officer, Tripura University, Suryamaninagar, Tripura - 799 022 on or before 02.06.2015 during office hours. After schedule time and date no quotation/bid will be accepted. University will not be responsible for any kind of postal delay. The quotation/bid documents are non-transferable.
