This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding Documents dated September 4, 2012. Work not specifically deleted, modified, changed or altered by the Addendum should remain in effect as part of the Contract Documents. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. IN THE PROJECT MANUAL: Section 07920 Add “Sonneborn” to list of Joint Sealant Manufacturers. Section 15000‐2 1. a)Maximum mounting height to the top of the device is “48 inches” in lieu of “54 inches” ON THE DRAWINGS: Clarification ‐ Cast Stone: No sealant at cast stone head joints on screen wall – provide tooled joints as specified. Rake all horizontal head joints and prepare for sealant as specified (at building coping). No sealant required at cast stone to brick joints – provide tooled joints as specified. No sealant required at cast stone vertical applications – provide tooled joints as specified. Architect to pick color of mortar at cast stone and brick – provide samples and mock up panels as specified. Sheet G1.1 See attached sheet A2 for revised Signage Mounting Detail. See attached sheet A1 for revised dimensions at accessible toilet. Corridor 103 ‐ equipment notes 31 & 39 should be switched. 39 is a sink and 31 is millwork. Add exit signs at doors 101 & 108A.
