We are pleased to invite you to submit an application for the 46th annual Spring Showcase of the Arts. We will accept applications until January 20, 2018. Additional information will be sent in February. Please be aware that this is a benefit show, all proceeds go to support programs for children with special needs from Northwest Suburban school districts and NSSEO programs. All show staff are unpaid volunteers, and we do only one show a year (we are not “pros” so bear with us!) We provide incentives for customers to shop the entire building. We provide a cafeteria space for our customer’s resting, relaxing and refreshing. Show Information ●

Performance spaces are within the Cafeteria and Gym areas of the Kirk School Building. Your space will be assigned based on space requirements and scheduling.

We will provide a green room area for your preparation to perform.
●
The performance schedule will be determined ahead of time. Performances will be in 30 minute segments - multiple segments can be accommodated.
●
These performance areas are not appropriate for amplified sound. Acoustic instruments and voice are appropriate. Cra and Food vendors will be exhibiting in close proximity to your performance area. Please consider their need to speak to customers and make sales during your performance when developing your program.
●
There will be very limited seating for audiences.
●
We average over 1,000 customers attending our show over the 2 days. The show is publicized via newspapers, radio, web sites, flyers, community electronic signs, mailings, social media and road signs.
