SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GILBERT COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD District Office Conference Room June 23, 2016 The special meeting of the Gilbert Community School Board of Directors for the purpose of Superintendent Annual Evaluation was called to order by President Tyler Holck, at 6:03 p.m. with the following members answering roll call: Brian Anderson, Sean Barber, Tyler Holck, Kim Mosiman and John Nelson. Motion by Nelson, second by Mosiman to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mosiman, second by Nelson to go into closed session for the purpose of evaluating the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5(1)(i). Ayes: Anderson, Barber, Holck, Mosiman and Nelson. Motion carried unanimously. Closed Session began at 6:04 p.m. President Holck adjourned the closed session at 9:11 p.m. Motion by Barber, second by Nelson to approve the personnel issues: Certified Staff Contracts Mendy Moritz, transfer from 5th Grade to HS/MS TAG, effective 16-17 School Year Staci Sniezek, HS Sped/MS PE 1.0 FTE BS30 Step 11, 16-17 School Year Support Staff Assignments Deb Gray, Website Photographer @ $500 Stipend, 16-17 School Year Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Nelson, second by Anderson to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 9:12 p.m.
