SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GILBERT COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD District Office Conference Room June 26, 2017 The special meeting of the Gilbert Community School Board of Directors, for the purpose of superintendent final annual evaluation, was called to order by President John Nelson, at 6:00 p.m. with the following members answering roll call: Brian Anderson, Sean Barber, Kim Mosiman and John Nelson. Absent: Tyler Holck Motion by Barber, second by Anderson to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously. Administration Present: Superintendent, Lindsey Beecher. Motion by Barber, second by Mosiman for a closed session for administrative evaluation as provided by Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(i). Roll call vote: Ayes – Anderson, Barber, Mosiman and Nelson. Motion carried unanimously. Closed session started at 6:02 p.m. Closed session adjourned at 7:24 p.m. Motion by Mosiman, second by Barber to approve the Personnel Issues: Resignations Lauren Lundberg, First Grade Teacher effective 2017-18 school year Sherri Rydl, High School Drop Out Prevention Associate effective 2017-18 school year Certified Staff Contract Amanda Ostrem, 8th Grade Science 1.0 FTE BS Step 1 2017-18 school year Support Staff Assignments/Changes Travis Becker, from AM/PM Bus Route to PM only @ $41.00/day and transfer from MS Sped Associate to HS Drop Out Prevention Associate 2017-18 school year Tom Cross, AM/PM Bus Route @ $82.00/day 2017-18 school year Micah Hales, IS Special Education Associate 7 hrs/day @ $10.50/hr 2017-18 school year Co-Curricular Staff Assignments Jeff Barr, Assistant MS Cross Country Coach @ $1,393 2017-18 school year Troy Staudt, Assistant HS Boys’ Cross Country Coach @ $3,133 2017-18 school year Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Anderson, second by Barber to adjourn the special meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
