Full refund or transfer if Mentor Senior Center cancels the program/activity. An administrative charge of $10 will be assessed if the participant cancels out of the program/activity. That means if you cancel and the total amount is under $10, there will be no refund, and if the total amount is over $10, you receive a refund, minus the $10. Prevent the $10 administrative fee by transferring the full amount to another program/activity within the same season. Students assume risk of change in personal affairs and health. Please note that all trips have a refund date and requests must be made prior to this date to get a refund. Transfers can be made with full credit, up to the first day of the program. Transfers must be within the same season and year of programs (spring to spring, or fall to fall) and into a program that has available space.

Frequently Asked Questions When do I need to scan in and is this really necessary? We ask that you please scan in each and every time you enter the building whether for class, a special event, lunch, a trip or any activity. This helps us to get utilization information which is used for many purposes, but most importantly it is used to determine allocation of levy funding. Please do your part and make sure every visit is counted. In addition, levy funds may be distributed based on program attendance as well. We began tracking all activities so we can have accurate data. Please ensure you are signing in at the room where you are participating for every activity including the Pool Room, Fitness Center, Library and Great Room (for games and cards). Can I bring a guest to lunch or a movie? Do I need to register for lunch? Guests are welcome to enjoy a movie or lunch. Reservations are not required for either on a regular basis. Special luncheons, which are offered twice a month including the monthly celebration the last Friday of the month and special luncheons such as holiday luncheons and culture group luncheons, do require reserva!"#$%&'()*%*'+,$-)*#$%'.'++',/'0,"-1+2'3$4'35*'#66*5*4'#$'3'.'5%!'-#7*8'.'5%!'%*59*48':3%"%&';*'3%1'!)3!'2#,' 731*'2#,5'5*%*593!"#$'3!'+*3%!'#$*'<**1'/5"#58'%#'<*'-3$'/+3$'3--#54"$=+2'6#5'%!36.'$=8'6##4'/5*/'3$4'6##4' purchasing. -- Lunch is the one program that membership is not required.
