FRANKLIN COUNTY JUNIOR FAIR BOARD 4-H MARKET LIVESTOCK PROJECT IDENTIFICATION FORM ONE FORM PER SPECIES. A 4-H member must complete this identification form for each market livestock project he/she plans to exhibit, show and/or sell at the Franklin County Fair. The form must include every market animal being cared for by the 4-H member. All market animals must have some form of identification. It is the responsibility of the 4-H member’s family to have the animal properly identified with a tattoo, brand, band, ear notch, or ear tag by possession date. Please refer to the livestock possession information to determine possession date and required documentation that must be submitted with this form.
