Learn formatting styles of resumés and Cover letters and how to market yourself to a specific employer. (This workshop is also available for Mandarin speaking individuals) Computer Basics: This 5 day workshop introduces Basic Computer Skills to individuals who have little or no computer experience. Ontario Works Employment Programs and Services/Chinese Session: This workshop provides information that can help Ontario Works clients reach personal and career goals. An overview of employment programs and services is provided to help with personal and career decisions. Employment Opportunity System (EOS) Navigation Training: This workshop explains the Employment Opportunities System (EOS). It is an on-line service that supports the work of Toronto Employment and Social Services by matching people to employment and volunteer opportunities. (This workshop is also available for Mandarin speaking individuals) Job Incentive Program (JIP): This workshop provides an overview of the Toronto Public Service's Job Incentive Program (JIP). Learn about unpaid work placement opportunities for both unemployed and underemployed Torontonians.
