As a first year associate supporting various practice groups, Joanna drafts and reviews agreements, contracts, amendments and other transactional documents, as well as plays a critical role in due diligence and closings of prominent transactions. She conducts extensive case-related research into relevant laws and regulations and assists in tax return preparation. While in law school, Joanna worked for two summers at Farrell Fritz as a law clerk and summer associate. She also completed a law clerk internship at Morici & Morici, LLP and was a clerical assistant at Darlene T. Treston A ttorney at Law. Joanna is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association . She is a Yearly Walk Team Captain for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) and former Present, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. Joanna earned her Juris Doctorate in 2017 from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she participated in the six-year BA /JD Legal Education A ccelerated Program.
