Wind driven rain entered the building destroying books and computer lab floors and computers. Two monitors were broken at the circulation desk. Ceiling tiles fell. The majority of the building contents will be have to be removed because of mold damage. Building will have to be gutted. Closed indefinitely. 10-07 Received about a foot of water. Flooded with 1.5 feet of water. Mary thinks she will be able to renovate. Got computers and the collection out. Branch manager had moved the books on the lower shelves, so books or computers lost, and they were able to get in early enough to remove everything before the dampness set in.
