Institute for Professional Care Education Employee Quick Start Guide Taking a course Login to your account by visiting https://training.ipced.com/ and entering the username and password given to you by your manager. Note: you can access your account from the ICPed homepage OR your company’s custom page. 1.

Click on the “Training” tab in the upper right corner of the screen to view the courses you have been assigned.

3. To begin a course, click the button in front of the selected class. Note: Some classes require prerequisites before you can take them. These will be identified by a stop sign icon in the “Completion” column. 4. The End of Lesson Quiz will appear at the end of the course. The quiz is multiple choice. You must earn an 80% or higher in order to pass. You can retake the quiz 2 times. If you do not pass, you will need to take the course again.
5. Once you have passed the quiz, click the “Exit” button inside the class screen to record your completion in the system.
6. Use the training tab to review which classes you have completed. Courses passed will be indicated with a checkmark icon. Print your certificate of completion anytime by clicking on the printer icon.
7. Elective courses may be available to you. To find them click on the Home tab. Then go to “My Electives” in the left hand menu bar.

Employee Quick Start Guide
Update your Profile You can update your profile from the Home tab. This feature allows you to change your name, address, password, and more. Go to “View my Profile” to see your current information. If you need to make any changes, go to the top tool bar and select “Edit Profile.”
