About the Cover

Mr. Laci’s student submitted three different works of art for our cover page. It was a difficult decision but she finally picked one! Beautiful work!

To hear her talk about her work click here and to hear a detail explanation click here.

About the Paw Print Press The Paw Print Press is open to all students. It is an opportunity for you to share your work and how you write by showing your alternative pencil and how you access all 26 letters of the alphabet and vocabulary!

It is about sharing your thoughts and ideas!

The pictures below are just a few examples of different types of pencils. To learn more about writiing with alternative pencils, please email Joan Obial at [email protected].

In the next pages, you will read about how your fellow students do their work! Teachers support their students entries by writing a brief explanation and insert pictures into Google Slides. Be sure to ask your teachers to be part of part of the process when inserting things in Google Slides by selecting a background color, choosing a layout or even picking a font! Enjoy!
