We are mainly a a junior club. We really struggle to maintain an adult section as the adults have little time to help out. We run 2 local league teams. We try to enter EVA competitions and SW competitions. We do have a large membership, but it can be tricky as it’s spread from aged 10 to adult! We want to be excellent. We believed that this is the future and if we do not go with it we will miss out. One officer took charge of the project; sitting down and coordinating all the paper work. It was a long process as it was difficult for our parent helpers to find free time for the meetings. Most of these parents are also not sports experts. By having one person in charge, we found it easier to succeed!

Grant funding and the Set Up & Play Outdoor Equipment Franchise from Volleyball England. Use examples from other clubs to complete your documents; no point reinventing the wheel! To maintain our volley 1 status when the present one expires Our banner, advertising our Volley 1 status is on the wall in our sports centre. It does cause remark and as a whole it does give the club a feel good factor.
