VICTIM: NAME: Kelly Austin (5 years old) RACE: White SEX: Female
SYNOPSIS: On Sunday, March 27, 1983 at 0634 hours, Kelly was found nonresponsive in her father’s bed. Medical aid responded and all attempts to resuscitate her were unsuccessful. Kelly was transported to the San Bernardino County Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
