Job Readiness and Search Group Join the job search group each Thursday in Fort Collins.  The group supports job readiness and job search and helps you keep focused and make connections. While this group is focused on job readiness and job search, it is not just about job search. You will: 1. Develop your weekly plans for job readiness and job search.  You write your own Employment Plan / Roadmap with specific steps each week that you will do to reach your employment goal. 2. Network and connect with other job seekers, increase your circle of support and connections. 3. Learn to address specific job search questions. 4. As an intern, continue movement toward permanent employment. 5. Participate in a pilot program called WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan)  A program to go beyond positive thinking to identify the obstacles that impedes you from achieving your wishes. Plan ahead of time and let your coach know that you will attend the job search groups. Attend the weekly groups until you find employment and/or enter into a transitional employment internship position.
