Involved in end to end recruitment process in Medical/ Healthcare Staffing Good Communication Skills and command over English Language Understanding of the JD and client requirement thoroughly. Managing the Database. Ensuring On-time Delivery for the requirements. Candidate short listing, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboarding Individual contribution is must. Good attitude, a team player, target driven, career oriented, good Motivator and quick learner
SALARY
CTC- 1.20- 2.50 LPA
Retention Policy: 1 month salary to be retained, same will be Credited after completion of an year.
(Reason for the Retention Policy: The candidates hired from Campuses are unstable and have a tendency to quit within 3-6 months, so we as an organization lose on our investments. Therefore, to ensure that the candidates stay at least for a period of 1 year, we have 1 Month Salary retention policy.)
Performance Linked Incentive: Annual targets will prevail and performance based bonus will be paid on annual basis.
Examination Leave: Candidates will be allowed to take leave (unpaid) during examination and hence it will be excluded from their 1 year experience.
