Reports to: Technical Manager

Based at: Reliance UK (RWC UK), Evesham

Position(s) that Report to This Position: None

Job purpose/overall objective: To provide technical support to customers, internal and external staff.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: • • • • • • • • •

External Merchant sales team main point of contact for support, may including joint visits to merchants, consultants and/or architects. Product Support on site product support and off site training as and when required. Technical Support providing technical advice to external customers, internal and external staff. Technical Files maintaining technical and drawing files on products. Service Report responsible for maintaining the log, coordinating all service visits and ensuring reports are finalised, including invoicing and follow-up actions, to close off the service visit fully. Training Responsible for the training of customers, service agents, internal and external staff on the RWC product range. Follow Health & Safety requirements. Follow the requirements of the Quality Management System. Any other duty as reasonably requested by the Company.
