How soon to the next level? ASAP.   JOB TITLE: Product Support Specialist (Payroll Division) JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Product Manager and taking direction from the VP of Payroll Operations, this full time position is responsible for supporting the client account managers and clients directly of ASAP Accounting & Payroll, Inc. The position will be based in the Denver office located in Capital Hill. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific duties include, but are not limited to:          

Implement, monitor and manage software configurations and processes related to the payroll/HR operations. Handle a high volume of customer issues while maintaining a high quality of customer service Clearly communicate problem, troubleshooting process, and solution to customers and staff, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer inquiries. Accurate recording of information is critical along with an ability to follow proper verification procedures, workflows and routines. Provide clients with orientation and training via web-based training solutions and/or video recordings. Develop/Maintain FAQ's, knowledgebase and/or online support resources. Excellent grasp of computer software and ability to self-diagnose IT issues. Assistance with payroll operations reviewing assigned critical verifications. Data entry, data processing can be expected as a function of this position.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE  Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-level client management experience  Experience in a client services or operations role COMPENSATION: Hourly Non-Exempt Position -- Benefits include paid vacation & sick leave; 75% employer paid group health and dental plans; employee funded AFLAC, 401K, & group vision insurance.
