Addiitionally, the position supp ports the prepparation of peeriodic review w reports for client presentations and the cultivation of ne ew clients and d developmennt of investm ment line ups ffor retiremen nt plans and crafting o of custom invvestment porrtfolios. Quarterly Cliient Investme ent Review fo or Retiremen nt Plan Consu ulting Clients
Analyze ffund perform mance and maake recommendations regaarding funds tto hold, put o or remain on the watch list, and screen replacementts Develop,, back‐test and benchmarkk custom asse et allocation aand target based portfolio o strategies Work clo osely with SFSSI team in devveloping strattegy and recoommendation ns Assist in implementattion and overssight of invesstment policy statements Interact w with client’s vvendor(s) to o oversee issue e resolution a nd implemen nt fund changges, as necesssary Interact w with DCIO rep presentativess to obtain de esired data Assist in vendor searcches, as necesssary, includin ng proposal reequests, revieew of submittted proposals, analysis o of proposed investments aand fees Propose new tools, ne ew reports, etc., as necesssary
Master the programs utilized to analyze and maintain investments Attend some quarterly investment committee meetings and other meetings, as scheduled Interact and provide financial investment and planning support to participants on an as need basis Support the retirement consulting team through review season
Management of Separately Managed Investment Portfolios
Attend some quarterly client reviews to discuss portfolio performance Aid in the preparation of client reviews Execute client meeting follow up tasks Participate on the trading and management of portfolios following established investment policy directives Develop bond ladders Analyze accounts Develop custom portfolios for new clients Analyze performance and risk exposure Maintain and manage cash and income needs Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with the tools, resources and software utilized to conduct research and oversight Stay abreast and current on market and economic issues
Sales and Marketing Support
Assist in the response of RFP’s and new corporate client proposals specific to investment analysis and portfolio development Assist in the review and analysis of prospective client portfolios and participate in the crafting of new portfolios designed to meet determined investment goals and risk tolerance levels. Participate in meetings and presentations, as necessary
General Responsibilities
