To submit your papers to this conference, you must first log into the ICQH 2013 site or create a login account if you have not already done so. Attention : Please also send your abstract to

How to Submit to ICQH 2013 Proposals for ISTEC 2013 must be submitted online using the online submission form. You will first need to register by creating a username, password and filling in your organisational and contact details. Once you have registered, you can use your username and password to re-enter the website at any time. Formats of Presentation The official languages of ICQH 2013 are English and Turkish and presentations can be in either language. Different types of presentation follow different formats. For further information on each type covered in ICQH 2013, please read the relevant section below. Papers Papers are oral presentations that last for 15 minutes. Each presentation is followed by 5 minutes of question time during which presenters will have the opportunity to answer questions on their papers. Papers will be scheduled in sessions each of which will include three papers on similar themes. Each session will be managed by a chair who will be nominated by the organisation committee. Posters Posters are graphical presentations and can be on any theme. They will be displayed throughout the conference. More information on the format and size of posters will be provided to presenters following the acceptance of their poster proposals.
