Agency Fees Internet Site This bill requires the chief information officer to create and maintain, by December 1, 2014, an internet site through which each state agencies must display its fees and imposed charges, and the public can use. Additionally, the bill requires state agencies to provide timely and enhanced notification to interested parties of any fee modifications or changes in charges.

Section by Section Analysis Section 1 – Agency fees internet site – notice This section requires the chief information officer to create and maintain an internet site with a user-friendly database for state agencies to use and display their fees and charges, and for the public to use. Each agency must also provide timely and enhanced notice of fee changes to interested parties through the site, by means of an electronic communication system. Section 2 – Agency Fees Internet Site – Development This section requires the CIO to create an initial site by December 1, 2014, with state agency cooperation and help.
