Holiday Bazaar 10 am- 4 pm Saturday – November 17th The Cedar Mall is again inviting local charitable organizations, businesses, or crafters to raise money for their projects! Non-profits may participate at no charge; others pay a nominal space fee. Groups can sell arts & crafts, handiwork, canned goods, candies, baked goods, etc. Small edible items such as cookies & bars should not be packaged individually but packaged in at least 6 items to discourage eating in our stores. You may not sell containers of food to be reheated. People from over 60 miles away shop our 25+ stores and since this is opening deer hunting weekend look for even MORE shoppers! · The Holiday Bazaar is from 10am - 4pm but you are welcome to keep your booth open until 7pm if needed · Spaces are 8 x 10 feet and cost is $35 (free for non-profits) · Table rental is $5 each table (or you can always bring your own table) · Electricity is available but limited - (please bring power strips and extension cords). · Set up time is Saturday at 9 am with booths to be set up by the time stores open at 10 am. Arrangements can be made to start setting up on Friday evening if you need more time. Advertising for the Holiday Bazaar includes local media as well as the mall’s website, FB, electronic message center, mall signage, etc. Note: Walker Property, owner of Cedar Mall requires all participants to submit a certificate of liability insurance PRIOR to the show. ********************HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT********************* _____________________(Exhibitor) agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the Shopping Center Owner, Owner’s Property Manager, and their employees, agents, officers, servants, each Tenant of the Center and Rice Lake Merchant Association harmless from and against any and all claims for personal injuries, death , theft, damages (including property damage and loss of use of such property) losses, fines or penalties (including related costs, expenses and reasonable attorney fees), arising from or in any way connected with the use of the Center or any part or facility thereof by the Exhibitor or his agents, members, partners, associates, contractors, servants and employees. Exhibitor will store its property in the demised area at its own risk and releases agent to the fullest extent permitted by law, from all claims of every kind. Agent shall not be responsible or liable at any time and exhibitor releases agent from any loss or damage to the exhibitor’s business. Exhibitor shall pay all costs, expenses and reasonable attorney fees that may be incurred or paid by agent in enforcing any items of this agreement.
