CCHF Chart is Better Than 1,000 Words Several years ago, Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom, of which I am president and co-founder, published a diagram to show how the Obamacare health exchange actually works. After looking at the law and going to task forces I figured it out and wanted the public to see it was a national exchange. There was no such thing as a state exchange, only state websites feeding data into the national system. The system’s centerpiece, the Federal Data Services Hub, is not even mentioned in the law. It was created to fulfill the data-sharing requirements of Obamacare. Now POLITICO has issued an article called “The War of the Charts,” which includes an analysis of our Obamacare exchange diagram.
