Could the Six Pro-ACA Justices be Impeached? The King v. Burwell dissent by Supreme Court Justice Scalia has a pithy but ominous summary every American should read. It parallels my concerns about the attack on the Rule of Law in America -- and with it our freedom. Justice Scalia says the Court first rewrote Obamacare in 2012 to make the penalty a tax so Obamacare could be saved. Now, he said the Court rewrote the law to make tax credits – premium subsidies – available everywhere. Scalia says, “We should start calling this law SCOTUScare,” indicating his frustration with the Supreme Court enacting laws from the bench. This violation of the separation of powers portends badly for honest jurisprudence, he writes. Some are already calling for impeachment of the six judges who supported the ruling. King v.
