VETERAN WATER EXPERT JOINS HASAN CONSULTANTS Ventura, CA- February 21, 2012- John R. Mundy, a well-known water expert in Southern California has joined Hasan Consultants. He will be in charge of the Water Resources group at Hasan. Mundy just left the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, Calabasas, CA, where he served as the General Manager for a number of years. Previously, Mundy served as the head of utilities at the City of Santa Monica, manager of the water division in the City of Ventura, and assistant General Manager of Ramona Water District in San Diego county. Mundy received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration from the National University. He has the rare certifications of Grade 5 (V) in both water and wastewater by the State of California. He holds a California Community College Instructor credential and has taught classes in Water Science in Ventura College. Mundy is member of various professional organizations including American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation, Water Reuse Association, Association of California Water Agencies, and the California Association of Sanitation Agencies. The Ventura firm of Hasan Consultants provides services in civil and environmental engineering, traffic and transportation, and surveying.
