This is the point where most people slow up—BUT it is actually when you should step on the gas!!! The POWER of the BIG MO! Momentum is so powerful that you now just pump steady. You’ve been priming the well and pumping real hard and fast to get the water to the top (creating momentum and energy)–as the water starts to flow you NOW just have to keep pumping steadily-half the speed you were pumping to get the same or GREATER results! FOCUS on the 3 P’s with your new people!!!! POWER starts every month for your key people!!! Selling ideas and training for your base!! YOU continue to do 20 to 30 faces monthly until you reach 100 unit members then go to 15!! 5. Duplicate yourself—have your people FOLLOW you to your appointments instead of individually training. IT IS MORE POWERFUL for them to see what you do than for you to talk to a room full of women and try to explain what to do!

As you repeat the above process your unit size will reach 100 in 6 months…Your production should reach 20-30,000 mo. which will double your income shown above…the difference between $100,000+ a year CADILLAC directors and ones who make $60 to 75,000 a year is the PERSONAL recruiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
