ST@RT Germany Music Study Tour Pre-tour Briefing The school is organising a pre-tour briefing for the tour participants and their parents. Below are the details of the session: Date: 9 July 2011 (Saturday) Time: 11:00 a.m. Venue: School Hall Agenda: Representatives of Hong Kong Professional Musicians Association and Hong Thai Travels will: 1. explain the preparations for the tour, 2. introduce the itinerary and the course content, 3. check the name on the air tickets with the participants, 4. dispatch insurance info and other personal items, and 5. answer parents’ questions.
