Complete the attached learner application form Gain approval from your own National Volleyball Federation to prove that: o You are at the peak of your career o Have spent a minimum probation period of 2 years since your last course actively coaching o You are able to actively take part in the course o You can speak the working language of the course – English A letter of approval is required from your Federation to ensure you meet the above criteria. This letter must contain: o An official seal/stamp Present a copy of your relevant certificates and qualifications with your application form and letter Provide a digital photo along with your application (submitted electronically to the details below) Present a health certificate from your doctor to prove you are in good physical condition and can take part in physical activities
