1. Satisfy high standard demand KCC series pumps comply with ISO2858, ISO5199 standard. The performance range exceeds ISO2858 standard. Bearing life exceeds first class engineering stipulation. Moreover, they comply with ISO2858 standard’s request to have materials exchangeable property.

2. The structural feature to upgrade quality

A. The design integrated the combination of pump shaft with impeller conical surface and radial sealing. It has reformed traditional cylindrical surface sealing structure with terminal surface, and effectively eliminated stress centralizing and improve pump’s shaft strength and protecting the pump shaft free from the corrosion of the flowing liquid. B. Coupling surface sealed by teflon tape. It has excellent expansion strength and corrosive resistance, plus the O-ring seal on the impeller to form double seals protection.

3. Having high speed heavy loading reliability The rigid design of double end stainless steel pump shaft and large imported famous bearings effectively ensuring shaft deflection below 0.05mm, bearing design service life Ln10 is far exceeding first class technical condition 25,000 hours(reached 210,000 hours)

4. Many sealing options We can supply single end, double end mechanical seal and packing seal and many kinds appropriate pipeline cleaning options based on the nature of transmitting fluid.

5. Seal chamber may effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal It may supply seal cooling/heating chamber according to fluid temperature, and effectively improve mechanical seal’s operating condition and service life. Meanwhile by reducing the effect of heat transmission to bearing life, the pump maximum working temperature can reach up to 175OC.

6. Precision cast flowing accessory By using precision cast alloy flowing accessory, it enhance the surface quality and internal quality of cast material, effectively decrease the loss generated by fluid friction cast defects.

7. High performance integral diaphragm shaft coupling Configured high performance metal(304) flexible coupling coupled with diaphragm coupling. It has high strength, high capacity, long service life, flexible and big flow rate and stable, large tolerate compensation etc. It is the best coupling and suitable for chemical industry and petroleum industry.

8. Easy installation and maintenance It is set up with open cover structural design (back pull out style) together with middle shaft’s diaphragm coupling combination. You do not need to disassemble pump body, pipeline, and electrical panel by removing rotor parts easily.

9. Highly compatible It requires only 4 kind of overhangs, 4 kind pump shafts and 10 kind pump covers material for entire series of 29 models; Many brand’s standard mechanical seals with different sizes to be exchangeable. It will effectively minimize accessory inventory.
