1. During pump installation, it should pay attention to the marking of water inlet and outlet of the pump, and the height difference between suction liquid level and inlet/outlet, to make sure the pump operates at the head it should tolerate.In case the liquid level is below inlet/outlet it shall install check valve. 2. During pump transportation and movement, it shall prevent to lay down or apply external force at vertical direction of the shaft. 3. Prevent impurity in pipeline entering pump, install filter before inlet system. 4. It shall pay attention to the ground evenness during pump installation, and tighten bolts precisely. 5. During the installation of inlet/outlet pipeline, do not put the weight and gravity of pipeline to the pump directly, to avoid deformation.
Preparation before start up: 1. Close pipeline outlet valve, remove water injection plug, pour working liquid into the pump. Then install back the injection plug.(Once the liquid level is higher than the pump, just remove the injection plug or vent plug, open inlet valve to inject working liquid until overflow. Then tighten the plug again.) 2. Before pump start up, turn the pump shaft manually at first to see if it is flexible. Then put on protection cover. Switch on to check whether the electrical rotation direction is the same as the symbol indicated on the pump. 3. Check whether foundation and flange’s bolt were tighten well, and whether each seal connection is accountable.
Operation--start up--run--stop: 1.Start motor and open inlet valve, adjust outlet valve to working condition. Do not use inlet valve to regulate flow rate to avoid air vent. 2.Always pay attention to check the fluctuation of outlet pressure gauge, pump oscillation and anchor bolt tighten situation. 3.In case of discovering pump’s operation under abnormal phenomenon, it shall take proper trouble shooting action or shut down to inspect. 4.After long time pump operation, when observing the flow rate, pressure dropped significantly, it shall disintegrate water pump to check, and replace wear accessory. 5.During shut down, close outlet valve and all sorts of gauges slowly. 6.Switch off power supply. 7.Transmitted liquid should not contain big granule and fiber impurity. 8.In order to assure bearings lubrication, never operating pump without transmitting liquid. 9.When the water temperature is higher than 90 OC, the head will decrease about 5%. 10.When the environment is cooler than liquid’s freezing point and pump will be suspended for a long time, it must drain liquid out of pump.
