First-time parents. Ideally the program starts early in pregnancy, but can take referral up to 30 days postpartum.

Caregivers with children aged birth-5 who could benefit from in-home support related to dealing with challenging child behaviors, childproofing, or child health information.

Parents of children prenatal to 5 years of age who are interested in discovering new problem-solving skills and ways to communicate and connect with their child through play.

Families with children 3 and 4 years of age who are interested in participating in a 30-week school readiness curriculum.

In-home visits with a nurse about every other week who monitors child development and helps parents learn skills for healthy pregnancy and positive parenting.

Home Visitors focus on building skills in three areas: Parent-Child Interactions (promotes communication while improving parent’s skills in dealing with challenging behaviors like tantrums), Safety (recognizing common hazards and childproofing), and Health (recognizing common illness and injuries and what level of care to treat at).

PAT Educators support and educate families about parenting, development, learning and health to promote an environment that will help each child reach his/her fullest potential. PAT offers monthly learning opportunities in a family-friendly environment where parents are able to provide support to each other.

An-evidenced based family support model that works directly with parents in their homes to give them books, activities, and the skills needed to take responsibility for preparing their children for school.

Bright by Three visits with caregivers, providing a threestep program, to make sure their little ones get the best start at life.
