From the (North-PA) Take I-83 towards Baltimore all the way until the expressway ends in downtown Baltimore and becomes President Street. Parking: There is parking available in the garage under the Legg Mason building. Visitors should pull a parking ticket upon entering the garage to allow. Upon departing the garage, you must place the ticket initially pulled for entry to the garage into the ticket reader followed by the validation ticket and any monies due (credit card only). Entrance to LM Tower from Parking Garage: Go to the elevators and select button LR. Note the elevator exits from the opposite side. Check in at the security desk. Street Entrance to LM Tower: From the circle (Harbor East Roundabout), the Legg Mason Tower building entrance from on International Drive (1/2 around the circle.) Check-in: Upon arrival, all visitors must sign in at the security desk in the lobby and show a photo ID. Re-entrance to the parking garage: Select button L. Note the elevator exits from the opposite side.
