THE 200 KM ROUTE (Three rest stops.) Same as the 160Km route but with an added, and flat, loop south on Traver Road to a very scenic ride along Lake Erie. The sag wagon does not cover the extra 40Km loop so be sure you have lots of liquid when you leave Attercliffe. The sag wagon will respond to calls for exhaustion or bike breakdowns on the 40Km loop. SUPPORT SERVICES Support vehicles will be travelling all routes except for the 40Km loop in the 200Km ride to provide assistance for troubled riders. The rest areas will have a variety of food and drinks.

THE 160 KM ROUTE (Three rest stops.) Soon after passing through Tintern, this route goes along the brow of the escarpment to the northwest corner of Niagara, south to Caistorville, then west to Attercliffe and the second rest stop. From here, the 100Km and 160Km routes are the same — scenic and a few hills to keep up your heart rate — and your interest.
