All GO events are subject to change. Ochsner Golden Opportunity has the right to adjust events without formal notice. All events are non-refundable (includes the $5.00 Ochsner bus fee) except when someone is on the waiting to take your place. Golden Opportunity has to guarantee payment to vendors for most events.

If you do not wish to use online registration, a volunteer will have to set up your account (one time only). From that point on once we receive your registration form, we can register you online for the event without your assistance. If you plan on registering for events on your own and need assistance, contact our office and a volunteer will assist you with setting up your account, it can be done over the phone or in our office. Classes will set up for those wishing to have training on setting up your account and registering, if needed. (GO) Dedicated Phone Line A dedicated telephone line has been set up with the Ochsner Scheduling Department for Golden Opportunity Members only, to expedite scheduling of medical appointments, please don’t call with questions regarding GO events, call the GO Office. The telephone number is: 504-842-6538. Please use the dedicated line for scheduling appointments; it has helped members to get an Chermaine Hebert accessible appointment.
Credit cards are now being accepted for events (excludes events costing $5.00). Payments may be made in our office, by mail or on our website https://ochsner.force.com. If you need assistance registering on the website, contact our office for assistance. Training is also available on request. If you have lost or misplaced your membership card, the replacement cost is $5.00. Name badges can be purchased at a cost of $7.00.
