Hunt Hill Audubon Sanctuary Pet Policy and Contract In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all, we ask that you read the following policies listed below. Service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always welcome. Service animals need to be registered, but are not required to pay the extra damage deposit, nor an extra charge. We welcome your well-behaved dog(s), and ask you to carefully review our pet policies. •
Dogs must be house-trained, clean and flea free.

No more than two dogs are allowed in the cabins.
•
If you leave your dog(s) unattended in the cabin, the dog(s) must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.
•
Dogs must be on a controllable leash at all times when outside.
•
You must pick up after your dog(s) and place waste in a plastic bag.
•
Bring material to cover furniture if your dog(s) will be on it.
.As the registered guest, you are financially responsible for: • •

All property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your dog(s). Any excessive and/or exceptional cleaning charge at the cabin and this includes but is not limited to your dog’s odors/stains, or any replacement or repairs of items caused by your dog’s damages. Extra charge of $10 a night for each dog(s) stay plus an additional damage deposit of $200.
