Christmas is around the corner and for many of us it is a merry making time; however for many others this is not the case. That is the reason why GO would like to sponsor different organizations throughout Baton Rouge. “Give a pair of Socks”– Homeless shelters throughout Baton Rouge. “Toys for Tots” – Unwrapped presents for underprivileged children. Donations can be dropped at the GO office and the GO staff will distribute to the various locations. Thank you and Merry Christmas! Threads of Love: Threads of Love, through the effort and support of many participants in chapters across the country, provide clothing, blankets and other handmade articles for tiny premature and sick infants. All items are made by volunteers. Materials and labor are donated by ladies who are part of the Threads of Love ministry, who show their love for the Lord by using their sewing talents in serving the Lord. When a parent is faced with the death of an infant through miscarriage, infant death or stillbirth, we reach out to them with a packet containing a bonnet, dress, blanket and a prayer for healing of a broken heart. Donations for Threads of Love are being accepted in the GO office. Checks made payable to: Littlest Angels Threads of Love
