Background/Discussion: Adding a lost and found form on the website is something that will be scheduled as soon as possible. A form will be developed for the website to direct the output of the form to an appropriate staff member at AC Transit.

GM Memo No. 07- 220 Subject: Report on placing an on-line lost and found form on the AC Transit website. Date: September 26, 2007 Page 2 of 2 Plans are currently being finalized to move the www.ACTransit.org website to a new hosting location. This should occur in the next 60 – 90 days. Once the move is made, adding a lost and found form to the website will be scheduled. Manual work processes will be developed to make sure that the forms are printed and researched. Each customer’s lost and found inquiry will include a response that the inquiry has been received and that they will be contacted if the lost item is located.
